They have classes for the absolute beginners to the advanced. All the instructors are extremely talented and helpful to people of all ages and skill.
Sreshtta is one of the most amazing arts centers in Trivandrum. As a parent I am so satisfied by the way they teach Kalari and dance for my 3 kids. Highly recommending

They're giving training in Classical dance,Yoga,Kalaripayattu and even other activities which can help you achieve your fitness goals... Classical dance is taught by smt Nija Lathin.. Who has been trained enough in it over two decades...Yoga and physical training is trained by Sri Lathin Samudra, who is also an artist and a gym trainer.. The Kalaripayattu training is taken by National Champion Rookie trainer sri Midhun PV. As a part or student of sreshtta they've always been supportive throughout my journey. Hi all Am sreshtta's student Am sharing my experience as a sreshtta student. Our Guru Lathin sir and gurupathni Nija mam are excellent teachers and they teach in good way. In sreshtta they teach dance ( Bharathanatiyam) . And also in that they teach fitness, kalari,and yoga. The classes are soo interesting and also they teach us good manners and they teach as how to behave in public... They motivates us and increase our confidence level. That's all I really like the classes and the teachers

Halo All, I am a Sreshtta Student who is studying Bharatanatyam there I am really glad to the facilities, there behaviour and The friendly relationship of our Guru Lathin Sir and Gurupathni Nija Mam and they are teaching very professionally , It is A homely School since it is very Quite and clean atmosphere And there is special training is there For the Dancers , Sreshtta Fitness Training, I also join for the fitness training And I had good recover of my body.There is also Kalari, It is very interesting section,So I recommend our Sreshtta to who are a searching for a Dance school to your kids.
