Very neat and service was too good. They served hot food when we reached late. Cleanliness was maintained. Clean toilets and facilities. Overall, very good experience. It is pure veg restaurant, which was most wanted for temple visits.... If Sattvik food(NO onion and garlic )was served that would be great.. We would like to recommend this Hotel to anyone who wants to visit Rameshwaram. Thanks again for the service.

Disappointed. Stayed for two nights with family. No room cleaning services. Very much unbothered to provide services. We were not given cleaned towels and bed sheets on check-in. Had to inspect the room and ask for basic things like dental kit, good towels and clean bedsheets. Under-staffed. More flies than the guests in their restaurant. No Buffet breakfast. Breakfast is served on a plate just like a Thali. Still under construction, the location is not that great but still charges Rs. 3000+ like other star hotels. There are better hotels nearby for the same or even less price with better facilities. Mr. Das at the reception helped us and Anil at the restaurant provided us good food service. Food menu is limited.

Sremethila is a very basic hotel. While the building is designed properly to be a good hotel, it is maintained very poorly. Parking space is very small and makes it difficult for people who come by cars. Location is decent as it is around 1 km from Rameswaram main temple. It is a 15 min walk or a short ride in auto. Customer service does not exist. Except for one person (probably a housekeeping person), the reception desk is very poorly managed. Food is of low quality, nothing to talk about. Best avoided.

The place is newly constructed and very decent for stay. The staff is courteous and food has been excellent. Recommended for family and friends for both vacation and Business trip

Still under construction or renovation. Rooms are good. But yet to complete interiors. Food is good . But one should not eat food in the restaurant attached as flies are more in the restaurant than the food items available in the kitchen. Very irritating factor is drinking water glasses and of CHEAP PLASTIC. No RO system is not in the hotel it seems. Outside mineral water is being supplied at the restaurant and rooms. Least bothered to take and clean the used food plates kept out side of the rooms. Nobody cares to take the plates. No room cleaning service it seems. Staff are insufficient and lack of knowledge of hospitality. But they are polite and courteous. All eminities are to be improved otherwise not worth for staying.

Great hotel- very well made. Staff is great. Anil helped us a lot with serving food and was very flexible! Overall we had a great time. Service is great and people are helpful. Interiors are of very good quality.

Our stay was good but did not like the kitchen staff behavior. We were 8 members, and after a long night journey, we went to have breakfast at 10 am, which was the closing hours. The kitchen staff member showed irritation towards saying it was closing time and denied all our breakfast requests. I could see they were serving breakfast again 10:30am and when enquired, why were we denied their was no proper response. Other than this, there were no issues as we stayed only from 2am to next day 11pm

As per earlier feedback....below points needs to be considered:- 1. Food options needs to be increased as we stayed for 3 days all 3 days sane breakfast was served. 2. Staffs are well mannered however inexperienced to the hospitality industry. 3. They charge like star properties but the food options are ZERO Hope they improve their above pointers.
