Sreevalsam Residency - Hotel in Vembayam - Thiruvananthapuram, India

The AC was good, they provided us iron box. That was the only good thing there. We checked in at 4am in the morning bcz our train was late. And when we opened the tap for bathing it was tar colored water. Since it was 4am ,we thought we will inform them in the morning. When we again opened the tap at 10am, things were worse. The shower, the flush, the hand pipe everything had black water ,we informed them, they said its bcz tank was cleaned the day before and asked us to keep taps open for 10mins. We kept it open for half hour. Nothing changed ,we again called them and they told they'll come and check. Nobody came. Also the blankets in the room had lot of dirt in it.

Nice ambience, very helpful and polite staffs. Highly recommended if you are going with a family. Reasonable price with good quality and quantity, varieties of foods are available in fine dine restaurant, service was also good the seafood items was superb. Overall excellent experience in everything. I will surely have the next visit very soon.Best restaurant in vembayam i would rather say. Thank you guys.

Room was ok. Bathroom was not cleaned and hygiene. After the request also not cleaned well

I stopped at Sreevalsam during a long trip on MC Road. The place is good for a stopover with ample parking and clean washrooms. We also had food at the restaurant, there is good variety of food available, but as we were late for lunch, most items were over. Had biryani which was ok. Overall a decent place by the highway.

Sreevalsam Residency is located at Vembayam town. The rooms are decent with basic amenities and was clean when I checked in. The electric fixtures are bit old and needs replacement. They don't provide tea coffee kit not does the room have a kettle. The service is fast and the staff are very friendly and they are very prompt to help. Overall a basic accomodation for those looking for a stay at Vembayam. This a bar attached hotel as well, so wouldn't recommend for single families.

We attend here a ring marriage function. Good premises. A mini hall is well arranged. Neat and clean premises. Hotel reception is good looking. Fresh up rooms are spacious. Parking area is large and high way side. Here organised 'sadhya' meals it is below avarage only. #sreevalsamresidencyvembayam

Food is good but service so slow that your have to spend minimum 1 hour after ordering for food and same applies to bills as well

Pros: # Hotel staff are good, reception & room service. # Clean & well maintained hotel. # Bed, Linen, are of good quality. # Lighting arrangements, bathroom fittings, water quality are very good # Call up hotel directly and book. # Good Wi-Fi and internet speed. # A walk on road side early morning or evening and trying a few small food joints are too good. Cons: # Restaurant ala carte food could be improved. # Never tried their lunch thali or buffet. Advertisement pics looks good.
