Sreevalsam Residency, Kulanada - Hotel in Kulanada - Pathanamthitta, India

I was a staff of this bar, worked 5-6 months and left for my exam as I am student. While leaving the place manager didn't pay the salary. He just asked me account no but now it's going to be 2 months l didn't get my salary. I tried to call him several times but he never respond. I believed him but he cheated me. I request the manager never repeat the same with any other staff because we leave everything and work there and u cheat the innocent people. It's really very bad. Please manager never repeat the same.

We booked there hall for MARRIAGE reception first I will tell about the pros Pros Location-Easy access from MC road Food-lots of variety Cons- A/C was not working Frequent power failure Guys..pls make sure that A/C and Power are proper bcoz it will ruin the entire function and when we ask for the reasons the responsible persons will give you all unwanted reasons like it's over load, generator are not working because we are conducting a function to make it feel good and not to here reasons..

We visited them during Christmas celebration. They had special menu during that time where they charged 750 rs for couples menu. The spread was good and we felt that it was value for money. The ambience and their service was pretty good. They also have bar facility and have ample parking space.

Only one drawback and that is Bar is very close to the parking area. So felt a little discomfort as for my family. Some minimum seperation for the entrance to bar would be better.

I've known this restaurant for a long time and the quality of food and the service used to be poor. But I visited the place again earlier this month and was glad to see that it has sprung to life. The restaurant has improved in leaps and bounds especially in the evenings. Food was fantastic and the quality of service was even better. They are glad to get your feedback and even happy to readily rectify anything you don't like. Afternoon are a bit quiet though!! Great job overall!!

Very bad service in AC bar. Attenders are busy in watching tv and not attending customers. Rude behavior.

It's a finest hotel.service was great.they also have a good restaurant...located in state highway..access to local stores

Sreevalsam is a spectacular place to stay. It is very clean and modern hotel. The rooms were maintained and furnished well. The bathrooms had toilets, rain showers, and hot water. What else do you need? Wi-Fi was strong and fast. We had three rooms and stayed for two weeks and the staff was extremely helpful and very friendly and personable. They were genuinely nice and checked on us frequently. Breakfast buffet was included. They serve lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant as well, and the food is both delicious, clean, and trustworthy. Additionally, we booked a their banquet hall just to have lunch for a family gathering. The service was splendid, the food was served buffet style. There were so many options and all our guests were very impressed and satisfied. The location was also perfect. It was in Kulanada, so it was a central location to all the other areas we needed to visit. Very easy to access many local stores within a few minute walk or get an auto if you wanted to go a little further. There is a parking lot also so no need to worry about where to park. We have no complaints about our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone needing a room in the area.
