The place isn't the best, but isn't the worst either. Just 2 days that I have lived here, I see they are very accommodating, they will take your requests, listen to you. No one to bother. You have enough space. The building is bit old but not the dirtiest one, it's fairly clean. Also, they serve good food, specially north Indian style food. So for the ones who aren't habituated of eating south Indian food, they can easily opt for this PG. Also, the price is pretty affordable too.
This is a good place for North Indian boys.. Food quality is really too osm..nd owner behavior is also good.
Best place to settle for Bengalis and North Indians. Nice, comfortable stay, nice food (compared to other PGs). A bit costly, but you won't regret it after paying. Awesome service from the owner and the staffs. I can vouch for this place as one of the best PGs around.
Totally pathetic pg. Pg owner behaviour is very very very bad. This pg is totally like a scam. The quality of food is also very bad. Don't stay there.The nature of the owner is like a thief. plz don't stay there. I was there for 5 months and during that 5 months pg owner behave so rudely and while leaving that pg he misappropriated money.
The landlord(Sreenath) is a big time cheat. Never go to this PG. He didn`t return my security amount of 3200 even after multiple(>20) attempts from my side. I lived there 6 months in a single room. Most of the time there was some problem with TV or AC. Food was also pathetic. And don`t even let me start on condition of washing machine. Please don`t go this PG unless you want to live in hell.
Owner is cheater bcz he take different rent from different people, and he take unnecessary EB from all, if you use and don't use unnecessary balcony Bill you have to pay.He take EB from evryone even those who don't use AC, specially in Chennai EB upto 100 unit is free so if you don't use AC then you should not pay any EB in all other Pg but this pg will take from you rs-1200+ EB from all 3 people if it's 3 sharing without AC
Need to increase the quality of food. And I face water problem too much of time like when I was going for job in morning shift that time maximum days i saw their is no. Water in tank.. and drinking water not available all the time.for my suggestion first think and then invest.
Delicious north food with 1 Gigabyte speed internet facilities the owner behavior is too good, 2 German dogs are available for 24 hour's security...
