1. Bad collection : They literally have no collection( mainly for ladies). Every time I visit the store I can see almost the same collection for months. 2: Parking : They have separate parking area beside the store which is in 2min walking distance. 3. Staff behaviour: Average. You may feel they are lethargic to show different sizes or colours if available. 4. Spacious: The store is 2 storied and spacious. Shoes, bags, belts, shocks, purse etc are available for both men and women and also for kids.

Today we purchased a pair of shoes and belt and made the payment through paytm..... As it was too crowded maybe they didn't receive the message... But we received the message that payment has been made.... They didn't accept the fact that we did payment and kept us waiting for long without giving any more answers. When we questioned they said that we have to submit both the things purchased as they didn't get the confirmation. Very very bad behaviour... Don't wish to go there again... Wished to give 0 star rating...

Staff behaviour is worst, they will not entertain you. Customer service is most worst. Credit card facility is not available and that's too intentionally. UPI payment is in the name of other,not in the name of Shreelather. The manager & cashier is also not customer friendly. The image of Shreelather is changed today. Will never suggest anyone in future.
