Sreekantapuram Hospital - Private hospital in Mavelikara - Alappuzha, India

Doctors may be skilled and professional, but the staff are very rude, and unprofessional. The doctor had prescribed an injection for my father, and after consultation we waited in the queue outside the injection room. It was 10 PM when my father's turn arrived in the queue, and there was no one else remaining behind him in the queue. But the lady in charge of the injection room, rudely closed the door, and told us that she can't attend any more case, since her duty shift was over at 10 PM. We requested her to please attend this case too, since my father was already weak from his illness and couldn't stand any longer in the queue. Since it was night time and we were the last patient in the queue, and it would not take more than 5 minutes, we requested her to please attend our case too. But without even replying anything, she locked the room and left. Even a govt hospital nurse would not have behaved that way. Then we had to go to the casualty dept, and take the injection from the casualty staff there, which took another half an hour more. Such unprofessional, and arrogant staff they have at this hospital.

One of the best hospitals in Mavelikara..Especially Dr.Ravi shankar is the best surgeon and Dr Ayyappan Pillai best orthopaedic surgeon..Ample parking space and amenities . building is bit old and faded ..Some Staffs work in the hospital are worst they dont know how to behave to patients or their relatives..Rooms are okay okay and Deluxe rooms are also available those are best..If u neglect some staffs behaviour rest things are good. Dr Ravi shankar, he is humble and kind, as far as I know he owns the hospital...

My life is a good experience, Dr. Ravi Shankar Sir, Dr. Madam Indira, Dr. Mathew Chacko Sir, these are the milestones of this hospital. A slight difficulty comes from the security side. A little more energetic security is required for hospital duty and this is just a small comment.

Dont under estimate the hospital by it's looks , they'll treat you well , believe me . It's besides the main road , got good parking setup. dr ravishankar( general surgeon) , he's a good man , he knows what he's doing .The buildings a bit old , faded paints , after all this the hospitals neat though, if you're admitted , u'll be under regular watch of duty nurses. What I found hard was , there were alot of mosquitoes at night and the rooms didn't have any other air source than the window . If we open the windows , mosquitoes fly in. if we don't , it'll be hot. Good things i've noticed: room service every morning, change your bed sheets if you want, clear the waste bin , clean the floors. They support echs and other insurances ( If you've got echs claim , u'll be getting food from echs which is not that tasty)

Very bad experice..doctor nte consultation,lab technition enivar ozich baki eladathunum valare mosham anubavam ayrnu undayath..i dont know why these guys can't provide a cup of black tea after 6 Pm even if the patient admitted casuality realy needs it..The service staff at casuality had no clue what was happening when the patient with trip was shivering badly.toilets in caduality is in extremely bad condition

*Unprofessional ortho doctor* They have such unprofessional doctors. Calling sick senior citizens " angeru" , and treating them with such disrespect. Such disappointment this hospital was. The ortho doctor might be a good doctor, I can't comment on that yet, but he should learn to treat others with a minimum level of respect.

Ravi Shankar Doctor is good , But staff named Shruti who was working on September 9 th Morning is very arrogant and don't know to behave well with patients. I am giving 4 less stars for Shruti as we consulted doctor Ravi Shankar and we had a doubt which we wanted to clear after buying medicine, she shouted and told us i cannot ask doctor, Other staff told us to wait in front and we waited to ask this doubt to Doctor but Shruti said we cannot take you inside , so we requested her to ask this doubt to Doctor by giving medical sheet ,she said she will not do it .We said we will complaint , she said you may do whatever you want . Doctor was so polite and helpful.But I hope staffs like these don't spoil good Doctor's reputation by behaving so badly with patients .If they have work we understand but they don't have to shout and speak to patients .

I am giving this hospital four star because of the physiotherapy department of this hospital. The physiotherapy doctors of this hospital is very good for their hospitality . Their caring for the patient is really appreciable. They don't have enough equipments or machinaries .... they don't even have a doctor's name board... Even though they are doctors they are very humble.. they are doing their duties as well as others those who have name boards and all other facilities... My humble request to the hospital authorities is that please provide them some attention and essential equipments... If so I believe they can make a good achievement for your ferm
