The treatment is very good here in Sreedhareeyam. For the past 3yrs we are taking treatment here for our son. But only the disadvantage is getting appointment with the doctor. That too chennai branch very worst. They won't pick up calls. Now also since September 1st am trying to contact them. Till now they dint pickup the call. Very disgusting..

Most unprofessional staffs claiming that they can cure cataract ,we have wasted our time and money , before it was too late we managed to get it diagnosed appropriately with a good qualified ophthalmologist and started the right treatment. Pl don't take any risk on your eyes people misguiding in the name of ayurveda. Such so called clinics should be scrutinised and hefty penalties should be imposed

The doctor and eye examination is good, but expect super long wait times. If you are taking an elder then make sure you consult with the right doctor and do so while taking the appointment, since more often than not the doctors are specialists only in a certain area.

This a Chennai clinic for famous ayurvedic eye treatments centre in cochin, kerala. Appointment is required for doctors. Very friendly staff at clinic, they have dispensary and eye check. The service of doctors is excellent, they clearly explain the diagnosis and treatment is very effective. They have very excellent facilities at cochin at par with International standards, where patients within India and abroad are visiting. People can try this hospital if they have eye problems which are very serious or normal problem Today 14 May 2022 I visited the clinic, it's very pathetic, they don't follow the queue. It took very long time for us. One has to plan, well in advance, it may take whole day

My son is affected with brain fever and lost his vision tracking. I visited Sreedhareeyam clinic on 30/12/2022. As per mail conversations & my impression, i was had a big hope on sreedhareeyam. We travelled a lot with my 6 months old baby to reach sreedhareeyam clinic. We paid consultation fees & consulted the doctor, doctor gone through all the reports & Scans. We were eagerly waiting for the doctor's feedback. But he said that he didn't know anything about this infection & got confused on the hospital reports and recommended us to visit next week. We got shocked and got upset. Because we made many efforts to reach the hospital by using a taxi and mainly our baby travelled a long distance. I never expected this from a sreedhareeyam doctor. It is downgrading your reputation in chennai. If a doctor is not capable of understanding the problem based on reports, how can I trust the treatment for my baby?. Sorry to say all this. But we hurt a lot. We had a meaningless consultation on that day. After many mails on this to sreedhareyam also no use. They are not properly responding.

The low rating is mainly for the poor crowd management and very limited clarity on first come first serve basis. Appointment is only for visiting that day, but the time provided has no significance to the time you visit doctor. If they introduce token management it will be easy to manage and transperant. I can show them for free of cost one time being management consultant. Regarding Doctor no complaints, he is good at his profession and quality.

A senior citizen, I have been regularly attending since June 2022, for cataract in both . My opthalmologist opined that my near vision has greatly improved. Eye check, OPD consult and pharmacy are under one roof. Overall am very satisfied with the progress of treatment. Recommended.

The 1 star rating is for the extremely terrible crowd management by the staff. For an appointment at 4.30 pm, we were asked to come at 4 pm. But we finally got to meet the doctor only at 8pm! The staff kept bumping up and sending others ahead of us, without any regard to our appointment time or the time we arrived. People who walked in without appointments had finished up with the doctor much earlier than us. Then what's the use of booking appointments a month in advance? This is a totally unprofessional and unethical outpatient management by the staff and I hope they fix this. The doctor was good, there are no complaints there, but because we were among the last patients and it was a long day, it looked like he was tired, and we couldn't get enough clarification or explanations about the treatment from the doctor.
