Worst customer response if you purchase less amount then they will not respond you, we purchased almost 6 lac...then later after some years we went there and we wanna purchase ear piece, but sales girls were very rude with ladies also...if you have purchase huge. Then their behavior will different and if you purchase small pieces then ,it will be horrible, bur after purchase of 7 lac from their shop felt bad ........

Store and collections are good. I bought a chain over there,In a week time i found that it was defective while manufacturing. As I asked for refund they are not ready for that. They provide me an option of advance payment , they kept my money in advance category and provided a receipt for that. I asked to kept my money under purchased date gold rate.They refused to do soo. It wasn't my fault as they sold defective product to me . They are not ready to provide proper solution for the problem. I Never expected this kind of quality and service from "The Chennai Silks" group
