Very good experience with hospital management & staffs , pleasing and approachable with affordable rates. Would give a 5 star in any case. My mother was admitted under rheumatology department. Doctors explain us the treatment in detail without any hesitation. Overall a very good experience..

Very disappointed today my fast day i when in this hospital shree sudheendra medical I was waiting for the long time. First of all i ready submit slip to the nurse they just. Told me to wait then after I can't hold py pain i when i checked thare are no doctors I was feel of tears Bec i can't. Hold the pain i stay near of the hospital I was thinking I go near to get fast after and pharmacy. Very slow very very disappointed after the hold the pain n no no doctors. I just want to say to the all the doctors plzz if not available plzz inform to the patient so we will chek another option

Negative review only for the pharmacy. Just like some other major hospitals they don't give you the prescription therefore you have to buy medicines from there itself, which is totally fine, however the pharmacy is highly understaffed, and it takes several hours to get your medicine which would only take a few minutes elsewhere . Please increase the staff in the pharmacy or please give out the prescription, making your patients stand in a queue and wait for an hour to get their medicine is highly unacceptable.

Ortho department is very good. But the general medicine physician Dr George please avoid if you wish to live long.

We had been to this hospital once for my mom's vaccine booster dose and we felt really good how it was managed and how the man in charge of it treated us. Today my mom had to undergo multiple tests related to her digestive issue. The doctor we consulted had referred us to this hospital for the tests. We called and booked an appointment for today. They asked us to report at 9. When we reached we were directed to a room where my mom could prepare for the test. One of the test was endoscopy and my mom was too worried and stressed and the nurses assisting comforted her and took good care of her. From reception to the test rooms and the billing desk, everything was orderly and quick and the people who were there were well behaved and had patience to listen and answer our queries. Pharmacy is the only place i had to face delay. It was a hard day for us as we had lot of fear what the test result would be. Kind and welcoming staff there made it better for us. Thank you.

One among the underrated hospitals around town.. The hospital is actually human friendly to begin with. It's always my primary hospital to go to if anything happens to me. Plus I went here more times than I have visited lulu or centre square . Plus the staff are so nice. They take care of you like a kid. The receptionists are also very cooperative.
