I don't know what the general public says or the general experience is here. But, I am pretty sure that the reputation is not bad. We acknowledge the good service and experience they extend to the patients. However, my dad came here for treatment and had to return with additional ear balance issues due to their sheer carelessness. Although we were given the impression that it was temporary, he is still suffering from the same with dizziness and vomiting sensation. I don't know if it was inexperience or negligence of the caretakers which resulted in it. But, I am disappointed and giving this rating based on our bad experience. If you are a patient, just double check the credibility of the caretakers and evaluate your post treatment conditions. And I request the administration to take care of these cases seriously and carefully. If it was for your family, what would you have done?
