No star at all. Very pathetic service. Doctor always in hurry. Pure business. Getting appointment is like hell. Phone always busy. If you are money minded, take money and give appointment on schedule date. No systematic. Many good doctors are in other places. Disgusting. Mental harassment. You are always suggesting alternate booking methods 1. Take money and confirm appointment on a schedule date for regular patients. 2. You are saying that doctor working 10-12 hours, it is sufficient for many patients. 3. Phone system also continue 4. Patients have much hope with you 5. Do some good work for society 6. Be ethical

Dr A V Ranganadham undoubtedly an experienced doctor in the field of orthopaedic, but there are few points to be taken care if you are planning to visit him for the first time. 1) There is no certain methodology to take his appointment. The staffs working under him will take bribe from you to get an appointment on behalf of you.( if you want to prove this dial that mentioned number) 2) The doctor claims that he is an ex army personnel, but from his etiquette and hygiene you can surely know he is not of that kind.( you can see his pics on social media or you can experience during your visit to the clinic) 3) He is very much desperate about the other gender person, means he looks into woman patients inappropriately and with wrong intentions. So be careful if you are a woman patient or accompanying any woman patient over there.( definitely you will face this during your visit) 4) Intentionally he gives appointment to lady patients in late evening hours so that he can fulfill his own intentions.

The appointment system is very ridiculous. per day they are giving appointment to 20 patients and thats to on a call basis. I was calling continuously from 8.30 to 9.10 am and finally when he received the phone he said to contact on the next day. The same happened the next day also.

THE DOCTOR of this clinic is the best doctor i have ever seen he treated my hand that had broken into 2 pieces he is excellent surgeon and i recommend to go to this hospital the doctor take time to see patients he talks politely and he is soft hearted and best doctor who sacrifice his life for patients Salute to the guy he give a new life. I want to make a sketch of the doctor but don't have any best photo the doctor so if anyone have pls help me i wanted to draw him Because he make my life happy and what nothing he done for me i also wanted to do something for him DR. The appointment system should be change as soon as possible for the better Service to the Patients.. As per my Suggestion it Can be better process, if anyone call or physically come to the Clinic for the appointment, kindly book their appointment with specific date and time(in the Queue wise as per your limited appointment), it may take 2 or 3 days to consult with Dr. A v Ranganadham sir, it's better to get Consult lately instead of they totally can't find consultation with Dr. and for the emergency patients you can take appointment as per your current process.. Thank you

Doctor room entrance male staff behaviors very worst...Rude staff.Fees also very high... Rs400.00 Appolo, Medicover, KIMS, and other bigger Multyspecilist hospitals are charging same cost with A/C..Only doctor room inside A/C facility available here... Patients paying huge amount means you should be provide better environment... Entrance both side very dirty... Vimal, panparag, Gutkha spitting spots are there... And the Get well soon medicine counter staff also very rude..

Booking appointment system is pathetic. I called from around 12mobile device and after connected to that person he told me today's slot full. In Berhampur, most of the clinics are running by individual doctor and we are also single patient. So don't reply single doctor clinic in review. One more update, don't use Nokia basic set mobile for appointment use multi advance device so that it will easy for us to book appointment through call & msg . If it's single doctor clinic then wakeup soon, come to clinic @8.30am and physically book appointment. Lot of things to tell but I have mentioned what are all there in my top of head..I am requesting to Dr. Ranganathan sir please change this appointment system and use advance technology. Thanks

This said doctor must shed his ego. It is not only about diagnosis. No payment receipt of consultation fees provided. If you don't care about behavioural ethics, questionable receipt of payment and unwarranted egoistic rants then please visit. If not and you are a prudent individual and until unless it is not an emergency, you are better off somewhere else.
