Surgery was done properly, Once surgery was done they will treat you in bad manner. When a doctor offers a follow-up consultation, they are unable to provide it. You will be given the lowest priority and made to wait for almost two hours. And one of the receptionists was acting badly. I'm not sure if it's hospital policy to ignore patients who have already had surgery.
My brother had a cataract surgery couple days ago. Dr.Srinivasa Sastry was an amazing doctor - Blessing in disguise for my brother. He took utmost care and made a 100% success in the required surgery. The staff were commendable too from Front desk to Ward assistants and many more to mention. This place is really a highly recommended hospital for any Eye related issues. Treatment is given heartfully to anyone here. God Bless!
My name is Sangeetha. We visited hospital in the kothapet branch... As I was waiting for 2 hours I didn't even get any call.. As I saw receptionist Deepa she is wasting time... If possible please remove her. She is always getting angry towards patients also..
I went to sreenetralaya Kondapur hospital for laser treatment,after all tests I'm eligible for Lasik and had given one date.insurance process is very smooth I got approval on cashless and my surgery went very well.doctor explained the surgery before treatment and whole process taken hardly 6 to 10 minutes.thanks a lot mr Ashok who had helped a lot from initial stage to my surgery completed.

They will not provide the exact documents and also if they provide that the documents with handwritten or without gst, If call them they say we will send the documents now and just leave us. My suggestion, If you required all the correct documents for any other treatment and for any claim purpose please don't try this hospital.

Dr.Srinivasa Sastry is a doctor with humility, harmony, am blessed to have a Dr like him in the last 25 years of my eye issues. Every suggestion by him is a touch to the Heart in a caring way like a Mother. His associates like Akila, Radhika and other staff of the hospital are having the art of kindness.
