Had a productive interaction with the administrative staff today and they provided corrections in birth certificate without any delay after providing the required documents. All the staff in the admin block were really friendly and helpful.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern about the recent medical treatment I received at Sree Narayana Medical Mission Hospital, specifically regarding an injection I was administered on September 3rd. Upon my visit to the hospital, I had expected professional and competent medical care. However, the experience I had was far from satisfactory. The injection I received was not only excruciatingly painful from the moment it was administered, but it has also resulted in ongoing complications that have been deeply distressing. For nine days following the injection, I have been experiencing radiating pain down my leg, and any pressure applied to the injection site, whether while sitting or sleeping, triggers an unusual sensation of coldness in that area. This was clearly not a normal or expected outcome for a routine injection, and it caused me significant discomfort and anxiety. Today, during my follow-up visit, the doctor acknowledged that an error occurred during the administration of the injection. This admission of a mistake only amplifies my concerns about the quality of care provided by Sree Narayana Medical Mission Hospital. I am now left to wonder about the potential long-term consequences of this mistake and whether it could lead to infection or further complications. This incident reflects poorly on the entire hospital management and calls into question the competence and attention to detail of the medical staff. I had placed my trust in your institution for my healthcare needs, and this experience has shattered that trust. I urge you to take this matter seriously and investigate it thoroughly to ensure that such errors do not recur, and that the necessary steps are taken to address my ongoing discomfort and potential health risks. I expect a prompt response from the hospital administration regarding the actions that will be taken to rectify this situation and alleviate my concerns. Very good hospital. Best behavior of all staff and doctors. Convenient parking and surroundings. Canteen makes good food.

One of the best hospital in Cherthala situated near x-ray Junction Hospital locally known as X ray Hospital This is the oldest famous Hospital in Cherthala established in 1945

The booking facility for Dr Indira Kaimal is very bad.The online booking facility is always unavailable and only spot booking is done which starts from 9am so people are made to stand in queue for 45 min to 1 hour for getting token for appointment .people have to come early in the morning with their children to get a place in the queue .and consultation only start from 10:30 am.people from distant areas have to wait long hours due to this type of booking. Several complaints have been made to the hospital administration and hospital administrator Ambily Vasudevan E , was not at all interested in hearing the complaint and her attitude was disappointing. The reception staff and tele calling staffs are irresponsible.The primary health centers and government hospitals had better facilities than here. The good treatment of Dr Indira Kaimal is the only reason people are willing to waste this much time and energy.

Reception and the attitude of nurses is extremely disgusting. The service of few doctors are however commendable.

Visited here many times. Casualty staff are very polite and helpful always..

Good experienced doctors. Recently renovated with a new block for casualty, paediatric and gynaec. Rooms on the top floor are very hot. Better to opt for ac rooms.
