First timer. Wanted to buy a ring . Got amazing customer service in rings division. The sales women was very patient and showed what we asked for . There wasn't much options though. We bought a ring but I wish there was more choices. Billing was quick . Delivery was quick too. I just wish all staff mask themselves and follow Covid regulations . The sales women who was serving us , had a mask but most men had their masks down their chins. I also hope they have sanitizers across the stores for customers. Very good parking service for two wheelers. Not sure about car parking .. Overall a good experience and good service .

I don't want to give even one star. Very pathetic customer handling. My 11 month gold scheme matured. So, Visited the store yesterday, Sales executive doesn't even have patience to show the collection. They want us to buy immediately and treat the customers like beggars I will not visit here again. I would never recommend this store to anyone. Please Never visit

Brought a gold chain with stones for one lakh and 55 thousand rs and the chain got damaged within a month. When called and argued with branch. The branch manager spoke very rudely and later escalating, he asked sorry.They said I can exchange at the purchased rate. but they deduced around 3000rs for the gift voucher they gave for my previous purchase with was without any discount and also charged me additional 3100rs on exchange. Though i was 15 years regular customer. Yet They tried all possible business tricks to get more money.This second incident of gold chain damaged within a month.i am not happy to buy anymore with chennai silks any branch. I felt cheated being royal customer for more than 15 years

Very pathetic experience with Sree Kumaran Velacherry, Manager said If bought something in tnagar branch wont be accounted under velachery, we thought all the sree kumaran are same group, and coming to customer services it is very poor in middle of the transaction sales person went to some where, we are waited for 1hr with two small kids, their behavior are changing if we say no for saving schemes, we dont recommend it for any one, for any business customers services is important aspect they are lack in it, better avoid them

Got the good and pleased service from staffs and notably Mr. Jayamoorthy in necklace section was shown his down to earth personality and kept his smile with more suggestions while purchase. Kudos.

Very very worst behaviour.....first of all we have applied saving chit for 1 year, when we went to purchase the silver for that seat they behaved very badly... First when we went to the shop at 8.00pm they said we cannot give jwellery to the person who have come after 5.00pm. actually there is no such rules mentioned in the book (when we applied for the chit). next time when we went to shop again they had given the jewels but seeing us again they behaved rudely we purchased for rs.30000 they doesn't even given a bag for such big lamp they just packed it and asked us to carry it by hand... When we went to cash counter and asked a bag the staffs are fighting between them for giving the bag... Such a rude behaviour have ever seen before... We have decided to put chit again for 20000 but seeing such behaviour we have cancelled it...please don't go to this shop .. the staffs don't even know how to handle the customer.. if anyone don't believe this I will upload the receipt for purchasing silver jwels in this shop.

Had the worst possible experience at this place. I had been following up on a customized bangle for 3 months and the staffs simply couldn't given an answer if they could make the bangle or not. I had taken the gold 11 scheme and that was the only reason why I was running behind them for the customized bangle, otherwise I could have easily got it done from any other jewellers. Yesterday when I went back to the store, I was mockingly given a reply that no request had been given for any customized bangle. When I showed the floor manager Jagdish Kumar the WhatsApp conversation, he changed to a rude tone and told that I should have followed up with him if I needed the bangle. The gold scheme was another shocker, they bring new terms and conditions once the scheme completes maturity and when asked why these were not mentioned during the first month, the manager replied "you should have read the pamphlet for yourself . For all your questions, my standard answer would be no. We don't mind if you don't come back for any more purchase." I have done many purchase in the past with Sree Kumaran and this was a nightmare of an experience with this store. Good luck to you Sree Kumaran and kudos to your well mannered staffs. I'm a customer of another jewellery brand now.

Jagadish Kumar(Floor Manager) very poor behavior(rude). In treating the customers. They show their real face when the gold scheme matures. Staffs behave as if we're there to get gold for free. When asked about the change of terms the standard reply is "go to the first floor and see if you've a new schem according to ur conditions". We invest our hard earned money as gold chits and at the end of the scheme we are made to beg and plead the staff. I've happily moved on to another jewelry brand after seeing this ridiculous Behavior of the staff.
