Had a worst shopping experience..manager is very cunning and tries to always keep HIGH wastage.. they have charged us 15% wastage + 3% GST for long necklace, bangle and bracelets..moreover they haven't intimated before about the wastage percentage.. We wish to see other shops for design but they weren't let us go outside.. I never seen this kind of cheap attitude showing towards customers.. Please consider before visiting 1. No much collection as expected 2. Robbing our money in name of making charges 3. In bangle they haven't place the round plastic properly which used to cover the bangle inside space (picture attached) Finally, how much you will request they won't give any discount (we purchased nearly 10L) and nowadays they stopped giving gifts. I'm sure I will never visit this place again.. Please try to respect your customers money and satisfaction.

Good service as they sells Gold. Listing all details about their offers at store Mens should be cautious with women they bring to buy..need to focus or else additional plans and Gold savings plans will tie up in your monthly routine.

Disappointed in the salespeople. I have observed it on my two visits to the basement portion of the store. They are restless when showing, since they are not interested in showcasing the ornaments. Displaying quite a bit of hesitation, which discourages us from purchasing the ornament. Extremely dissatisfied! Didn't except this from Sree Kumaran. I hope management looks after this and gets it resolved.

Customer service could have been better. The showcase person is restricting the customers with limited choice and not ready to display the varieties of collection. Serve customers with the Best.

Bad experience Purchased a Diamond stud there and without even using, one of the diamonds fell off the next day. They wouldn't accept it as their fault. Poor workmanship and build. When enquired about the same, customer service and response was very bad. They made us wait for quite some time without any proper reply. I personally wouldn't recommend buying anything from there.

No Collection. In the billing section they are asking customers to login to Google maps and pressing stars by themselves. Not the executive mistake. They are told to do so. I refused but thought of innocent people. All fake reviews.
