A big showroom at KP 'Y' Junction where you find varieties of Jewelleries, both Silver and Gold. This showroom is on the premises of Chennai Shopping mall so easy to find when visiting here for shopping. You can find a variety of rings, Necklaces, bracelets, earrings, etc.

My sister and myself visited last year and she bought gold and silver jewellery. I bought silver jewellery as I'm not used to wearing gold as the staff ensured that if the rose gold colour fades or silver darkens they'll polish it at no cost as a part of warranty. So, I bought 2 silver rings, 2 bracelets, 2 silver jewellery sets, one pure silver with stones and other with gold coat. Now it's been almost a year, we wore the silver jewellery only 3-4 times and the silver has darkened, black in colour. Not sure how that happens as I have 2 more silver rings I wear everyday from a local store but it's unaffected. Therefore, I went to speak to the Sree Kumaran to get my rings and bracelet polished. I was first informed that the polish machine is not available. The same was informed to me 2 months back in one of my visits as well. I got angry as I have been running in circles since last 6 months to get my gold card updated and for the silver jewellery coating as well. When I started asking they asked me to speak to the manager, who was very disrespectful and kept saying that they can't produce a bill for the gold money bill I have been paying for the last 9 months and can't find how many grams I could claim. Imagine they're unable to find the bill which FYI is submitted to Gov, and we trust them to keep a track of and give gold at the end of 1 yr of payment every month. This made me question: 1. The quality of their silver and gold. 2. The track of EMI you pay for your gold card and their honesty. Genuinely I'm in a dilemma if I should take the money back which would be a loss or do I trust them and find later that it's not the quality they promised as they did with silver. Silver and Gold is an investment and if its purity is altered it's worthless to resell. I would not go to a place where they were so reluctant to produce a bill with a GST after arguing for 2 hrs. Now the choice is yours to make.
