Poor customer service and no quality in the products they have. I got a silver product in June 2019 and the product broke within 2 weeks of purchase. When i went to them and informed about this, they were not ready for exchange and just repaired it (with no proper justification). After that again after one month, the product got broke at the another end. Very worst product quality and customer service. They are very clear that once the product is sold to the customer their job is done and they don't even bother whether the customer is happy or not.

They handle the customer very poor..they are selling poor quality..once the jewel is shown they are not responsible for jewel..i bought platinum chain which got broken in one week..when i went for exchange they said..we are not responsible..worst experience i ever had
