The hotel is situated amidst buzzing town centre near to NTR Circle and the building is a complex with two scheduled banks, a small temple and a coffee/ tea shop etc. The rooms though look clean outside do not seem to have been maintained properly. We found a small rat moving inside the room and hidden somewhere, could not be located. The AC working was not satisfactory. No restaurant facility though the hotel staff arrange for bringing food, coffee, tea etc if required from outside. No toiletries or coffee/tea making facility or drinking water provision seem to be available. But the tariff seems to be on the higher side but with not worth so much. The only advantage is the hotel is in the midst of some busy shopping areas. Not worth of the tariff being charged.
I had experience of non AC & AC rooms in single stay (with family). Rooms were clean, toilets were decent but can be improved. Service was good as staff were very helpful.

Rooms are huge no doubt in that, it doesn't have Lift to travel between the floors. Very tough for elderly people to clim the stairs. Parking is the main problem in daytime, due to two banks in same building space constraint. No 24 hour hot water

First things first Rooms are good, maintenance is great. Garden is there on top floor never seen in madanapalle. You can have tea snacks there, boys will arrange for us. Quick response from staff. What are you expecting 100yrs of lifespan? Lol.

Nice place to have some spicy evening snacks like Manchurian, Pani Poori and some ice cream with milk shakes to chill out but the place is invisible as the shop is somewhere inside as it's a good choice for the one's who stays near by
