Sree Jagam Cottage Guest House & Cottage - Home Stay in Kodaikanal - Dindigul, India

We stayed for one day here and it was a good place to stay with beautiful scenery and all the facilities are fine and the owner is good he is a retired forest range officer.He guided us well and we have covered almost 20 places and food was good .Home made food is available with quality and price is also ok for the quality of food they provide.Parking is well planned and safe .If you go in a batch of 6 people you can have more fun and night fire camp was awesome in that climate. One must try.

It was really pleasant stay. Rooms are clean and has capacity of 8-10 people. Hot water is available everyday. The owner of the cottage is really friendly and they serve really tasty and clean homemade food. It is located 10mins of from kodai lake. All of these come at a affordable price. Campfire will be also arranged on the top of the house.

From our first phone call from Ireland to till the end we vacated, we were well-looked after with love and care. It was like staying in our own house as we were provided with mom-like made south-indian food and the rates were peanuts. Above money, comfort and our pleasant stay were their motto and priority. A million thanks to each and everyone who made our kodaikanal trip memorable.

We stayed (read Lived) here for 3 nights early April2017. It was a nice trip - but the owner made it memorable and eventful one. The place is simple and tidy. We were given warm blankets and good beds. Hot water in the morning for bathing. Car Parking space is available. I would give 5 starts for the food they served. Food is so authentic vegetarian and home food. They serve, what they cook for themselves. The ingredients and the taste shows the care and effort they put in. our menu includes Idli, Chappathi, Wheat Upma and Appam . Thanks to the owners. Taxman inside me asked to reduce 1 star for CASH transaction and not providing any bills. I request the owners to consider this feedback.

If you are looking forward for the comfort of home cooked food ...prepared with love and care and a quiet place to relax your nerves and lap up mother nature's serene beauty and be away from polluted air and noise of traffic bustling commercial places ....this is the best place to be ....it's located very near to the lake I.e.center if kodaikanal and very near to bear shola falls ...(though there is no water at present ... No rain no water ) This place is best suited for those who enjoy the nature ,feel at home and yet everything falls under budget . Worth mentioning are the food prepared by the loving couple who manage this home stay ...you would feel as comfortable as staying in your grand pa's home or in parents home ...safe and happy

I was gone with family execute by bad broker.. His name Abraham .. Room rent only 8000 but broker commission 1500+200 .. Everybody wants to go cottage for privacy ... But this cottage owners watching every time.. And allowing hot water with his permission only... They given only one time and one hour hotwater for bath.. But they saying 24 hours.. In this un season time.. They asking to much money... Only money motivation.. Very bad experience for me and my family...

Amazing hospitality. Clean rooms. Reasonable price. Perfect stay. You can opt for bonfire too. And the person incharge can get you to forest safari without much hassle.
