booked one nexon ev from gokulam thodupuzha booking was taken by afsal team leader 30/3/ 2023 today at 12 pm . Me and my wife and 6 month old child came at 12 pm There was no vehicle in showroom . Executive said it will come we wait for 4 hrs . After that vehicle came there was no mat and flap executive said no stock at that time after that he buy mat from outside . Again 1 hr waiting . After that vehicle came . When i look on the vehicle . Some one from the gokulam sales hit on the seat with shoes . Iam attaching the photos of that. I pay 17.80 lakh to you what a behavior of sales persons kindly take strict action i want compensation .
The worst service centre I have ever encountered in my lifetime. I gave them my car after an accident on May 15, 2023, and it's been two months and they're still working on it. They complained about the unavailability of parts for a month, then complained about the low labour force when the parts arrived. And finally, after two months, on the day they promised to return my vehicle (the dates have been altered numerous times), they claim that the radiator is leaking. After two months of keeping my vehicle in their location, they discovered the leak on the scheduled delivery date. Excellent workmanship. In the interim, they altered the estimate twice. If you are purchasing a TATA automobile, ensure that you have not been in an accident. If so, sell it for whatever price you can obtain. Do not service it at the TATA Showroom. Because the vehicle will be in their service centre for two to three months, or you can obtain a replacement vehicle if you sell it. Great work, Gokulam Motors, THODUPUZHA
Great experience from Tata Gokulam Motors Thodupuzha. Akhil Sudhakar in sales assisted me throughout the process , starting from booking and he is still in touch with the follow up and service needs. Akhil has diligently responded to all my questions and concerns . As I had a previous bad experience from another dealer in the past ( not a Tata dealer I should mention) , I was bit doubtful and concerned when I initially contacted from outside India . However I can surely say now that Akhil has been nothing short of extremely professional and responsive. He was very helpful to clear any doubts, created a great customer experience and my whole family were very happy with the car purchase. We had a Hazzle free and even more enjoyable experience . Would recommend to anyone.

My friend had worst experience with your showroom. After delivering the car he was asked to pay extra 7k because the price was increased (even though payment was complete) . You guys delivered nexon xms car with faulty vipers. We reported the complaint to the executive and to the pro within a week. They confirmed that it will be replaced during the first service (we have WhatsApp messages to back the same). The service executives refused to replace the viper but the customer executive promised again that they will replace the viper.last week we called him since there was no response from the showroom. The executive asked us to come over to change the viper. I waited in the show room from 5pm till 8.30 pm and executive did not show up. His mobile was switched off. I did not receive any follow-up call also!! We are extremely unhappy with this showroom services. Recommend everyone to approach some other showroom if you don't want to face such unprofessional experience . Thank you
