If you have an Electric Vehicle (EV) (Tata Nexon EV) in Ernakulam District, this is the service center to come. I had my first 2 services done at another dealership from where I purchased the vehicle and had a very pathetic experience. These folks are STRAIGHTFORWARD. No upselling. You WONT get a car cleaning brush along with a surprise hidden bill amount. The person who I spoke to for service booking was quite prompt and PROFESSIONAL. The service advisor, Rahul who attended my service booking was POLITE and clearly explained upfront what they are going to do and how much it would cost. Delivered the vehicle ON-TIME. After the service, no surprises or hidden charges. Hope the service quality remains the same. My car is only going to Sree Gokulam Motors, though this service center is far from my place.

Not that of a good service! They are not great at diagnosing issues with the car. As a tata customer you expect more from the service centers!
Did my Tiago's second paid service last day. 1. Car was there for 5 days 2. They couldn't find fault in my steering system which I asked them to find out. 3. Since my battery was down, I asked them to check but they didn't have any facility to charge the battery. 4. They will not wash your car after service, for which they asked me to pay Rs600( if you want to wash). 5. Low mileage, am only getting 12kmpl.
These guys are cheating the customers, for the second service of my new Nexon, I asked to clean the AC filters, instead of cleaning they replaced the AC filters and charged the amount in the bill. My friend also had a very bad experience for Altroz service.
