On 9 th July 2023, around 11 00pm,i came with my grandmother Mrs. Saramma (71 yr old) due to sick, we came in casualty . We came for PMJ card treatment One of the Doctor thereby informed there is no bed available for the card treatment, but still they took xray and some other test which cost around 7000 INR, around 2 pm nurse informed us to shift our grandmother to some other hospital since they don't have bed. Then what's the logic of doing unnecessary tests and charging this amount, we questioned them and someone approach as and inform he is the accounts manger and spoke with us roughly and rudely, ,,, such a pitty being a regular ..ncustomer in that hospital...i request the management to check the voice and camera record on the same day in order to understand the complete scenario..

My wife was pregnant and was admitted there and there was not even a doctor to attend to her bad treatment and bad staff

The new registration was really not professional. even we have the appointment with doc, we have to wait for a long to have new op registration. This is really not professional. We have to take token and need to wait so long.. Management please find some solution for this situation.
