Very nice atmosphere and staff are very good. The food we ordered was served quickly and the taste is great also the person serving food Mr. Sangram suggested us few good choices. We are happy for our dinner and bill is also reasonable. Strongly suggest this place.

I have recently stayed at the hotel and it truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect. This hotel goes above and beyond in providing exceptional service, maintaining top-notch rooms, offering delicious cuisine, and creating a memorable ambience. The hotel's restaurant ambience was expectional. The quality of the food was outstanding. The staff was friendly and very well mannered. Manager asked us to have a look at the dinner buffet items, we would have missed an excepional dinner if we hadn't looked at the items. Special kudos to managers and staff in the restaurant What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional level of hospitality provided by the staff. From the moment I checked in, I was treated with genuine warmth and professionalism. And then there were the rooms. Spacious, luxurious, and impeccably clean. The amenities were remarkable. The housekeeping staff maintained the rooms impeccably, ensuring a consistently high standard of cleanliness.

I visited this restaurant with my team members for a team lunch activity. We reached there by 10:30 and provided the order at 12:00PM itself. The delivery of food is very very slow and also the taste is very less spicy. Every item we ordered its not spicy. Its waste of time to visit this restaurant. Only ambience is good.

Being new hotel need to add some shelf space in toilets. Water pressure in shower was low. Extra bed was uncomfortable. Food in the restaurant was awful. Being located in South India, the favorite filter coffee is not available, even pon order. Breakfast was terrible.

The food in the hotel was more devastating.. I ordered for gobi 65 and was sent some gobi curry. When questioned about the dish the waiter told that this is how it will be later the one more prsn took the dish away and they sent the same dish with gobi pieces and told we have changed. No body really managed to talk even when we sent back the dish. And they charged They didnt care and sent a bill for the dish. I tried talking to them and they didn't show any interest i just paid and wrote feedback and left that place. All I understood about this place was they dont really care about the services they provide or about the customer satisfaction all they need is money ! Very much disappointed. Not at all recommended.

The hospitality and hotel services were good. I signed in with a leg injury and they provided wheel chair services and took care of my stay. Good hotel and good care. food is good and promptly served. only regret is the bathroom floor is higher than room floor so with my leg injury had to get into the bathroom with difficulty.

Came here for buffet dinner. Ambience & atmosphere is very nice. Apart startes all the items are tasty. Limited dishes with great taste. Mr Sangram a person with good heart, friendly in nature & happy smile on face invited & assisted.
