The rooms are pretty good. But the room service is very slow and at times no one picks up the calls. Basic complimentary water bottles are not there in the room i had to call then they told landline is not working and called a mobile number they told. The only good thing is that the room is clean and neat very near to the temple as well.

I found this hotel to be exceptionally close to the temple, and the service is excellent. The property and the rooms are so clean; I really recommend it to everyone. The price is also decent.

The hotel had its pros and cons. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a decent night's rest. However, there were some disappointments. Firstly, the absence of breakfast or coffee was inconvenient, especially for travelers on the go. Additionally, the charges were on the higher side, making it necessary to explore nearby options for a more budget-friendly meal. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's central location and comfortable rooms might make it a viable choice for those willing to overlook the higher pricing.

Highly recommended. We booked 4 ac rooms. Pros 1. Clean and comfortable room. Got a very good sleep. 2. Walkable distance from East nada 3. Vasantha bhavan hotel available in the building 3. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful 4. Booking is easier by directly contacting the hotel Cons Limited parking space - we got no issues to park in their provided space. But only around 5-6 cars possible to park. Temple's Pay and park option also available just near to hotel

I always had difficulty finding a hygienic vegetarian option near Guruvayoor temple. Lunch at Bhadra residency was quite a refreshing change. Nothing luxurious.Simple food with a neat ambience.

We had booked non AC rooms, room has too much mosquitos. Only positive is the location is very close to temple. They didn't give bedsheets, no amenities were given.

Proximity is the only highlight of this property. There's very small underground parking, which can hardly fit three cars, though it is next to municipal pay and park, and the property will reimburse the parking fee. The property is not maintained well; there was mould in the bathroom ceiling, and an AC water outlet is connected to the bathroom. One of the towels provided had stains, and they were replaced upon request. We stayed in room 101, and multiple times there was a power failure. The attendant said that there is a faulty AC in room 106, and it was tripping the PCB of the floor. Overall, we got no value for money; we paid 2600 for one night.

Rooms are neat and clean, it is near by Guruvayoor Temple, 100 mtr away from here. Parking is the main problem, only 4 cars can park here. Bathrooms are neat but some of the the pipes and health faucet are broken. Overall stay is good.
