Very popular South Indian eatery with a good variety of items. Different menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It has a separate hall for large groups. Counters with their own sweets and savouries. They have 19 restaurants in Coimbatore. A must visit place.

Located in prime location. All items available like other branches of Annapoorna. Especially Meals, Sambar Idli, Pongal, Dosa & Coffee. Rose Milk, Mango Shake & Milk Halwa are very tasty. Wheat Upma (Semolina) also available. Service and Response is good.

A sheer utter non sense place, how this restaurant got such a huge top rating, only God knows. Nothing is great here, no food item tasted well, moreover hefty price tags, dumb waiters. The supplied korma in poori is a big joke, mouth burning masala and tasteless. The idli with dip sambar, in sambar you have most part is you can't eat, much more curry leaves, 1-1/2 inch drumsticks, and it's very thick, it's almost like dal. I've asked "tea with less sugar" waiter listened and repeated too, after 5-6 min he brought watery tea with huge sugar in it, I got irritated and informed, they said we will replace! So such a great, self boasting restaurant can't have a chef who can prepare Tea. This tea is worse than IRCTC tea. They gave coffee as a replacement, but it's too average. Then in the afternoon again I gave a chance to them, I've ordered Chapati and curd rice. On the box they have printed, 40 years of service, but see the Chapati condition, it's not even cooked. They have supplied, onion pieces sprinkled with red chili powder, generally we use it to spread on masala papad, never seen anywhere across the country offering such a combination, another curry is, I don't even know the name, it's so oily and so much burning. Finally curd rice, what a cheat, in both quality and quantity fronts. They have used poor quality broken rice or rava, I've never tasted such a worst curd rice in my life! It's like rava pudding which you feed for 7 months baby. will never visit these chain of restaurants again! See the photos and videos attached

Annapoorna is a pride to Coimbatore more than a restaurant it's an emotion for people of Coimbatore. As a regular visitor of thier restaurant had a breakfast in this branch in Saibaba colony and was little bit disappointed on their taste of my favourite Ghee Masal Rava Roast. I have tasted this in many branches but here it was just average not the best. Rose milk was top-notch. Still giving 4 stars because that might be a bad day for Rava Roast Will visit again for sure to check the taste!!

Excellent restaurant for South Indian food. Very quick service and the quality is always consistent. They have a special counter outside for take aways which saves lot of time. They have excellent collection of sweets inside the restaurant and it's a must try.

This place has the best Filter coffee. If you're looking for authentic Filter coffee, this is the place to be. The perfect amount of decoction, milk and sugar. We had the really long paper dosa which was the size of a table. Eaten among 2 people with great eating capacity and 1 light eater. If you share similar appetite. Just a Vada or Idly dipped in sambar in addition should suffice. The service is super quick. Note: The waiter will check with you multiple times if you're sure on ordering the big paper dosa.

Excellent place for your south Indian cravings. People are too courteous and their service is fast. They have two dining areas. AC and non AC. Both the place is very neat and well maintained. Edit: unhappy with the quality of the chutney.

One of the top 3 Vegetarian restaurants from Coimbatore. Service is top class . How much ever crowded it is, ji need to worry, you will be served in 10 Minutes maximum. Delicious foods . Meals is great . Tiffin items are superb. Parking facility available. Can find variety of snacks and sweets at front desk . Good luck
