A very nice place to have a good experience! Today was crowded and our wait time was ~15 min. They quickly let us in and our orders were taken promptly. You could see everybody around was enjoying their food. The menu was expansive - had something for everybody. Keeping it all vegetarian helps - ample options for south indian, north indian, fusion, chinese, indo-chinese, etc. We ordered enough food to feed a village and every item was great. They even had jain options for folks who don't prefer onion/garlic in their food. The service was extremely effective. The speed at which they were providing service was impressive. I highly recommend this place for a great experience, quality food, and very reasonable pricing! A++

The food was tasty and sufficient. We ordered a South Indian thali, a quick lunch and a North Indian thali. The quick lunch is ideal if you want smaller portions. The South Indian and North Indian thali have unlimited refills. The tomato soup and the ice cream are good additions for the North Indian thali. It will be nice if the waiters could refill the rice without having to call them. The sweet shop person downstairs offered us a sample as we were waiting for our company to join us. Nice gesture. The lunch only starts at 12 but the tables get filled quickly.

Best food experience after visiting Chennai. It is value for money, great place good ambience and if you happen to visit this place order their veg soeciak thali and please be completely empty stomach to eat the thali. Very hygienic, May be parking is bit issue or wait time to get the table rest this place is bomb place.

We went here for lunch, finding a car parking was a bit tough, but the valet personnel helped me. They had a sweet stall right at the place where you would enter, which had types of halwa and Mysore pak. They had samples which we can try before we can buy. they were so generous in handing out samples, which I loved, we ended up buying Malpova. The ground floor had a good collection of sweets and savories we did not try any of those, would have to visit them again to try those. we directly went to the first floor/dining hall, they have an elevator and stairs. There were few chairs outside just in case the dining hall is full. fortunately it wasn't when I visited, we were given a seat right when we entered the hall. We were given options like Divya bhojanam, South Indian meals and the quick meals and the rice of the day(coconut rice) which was surely not my preference. I went for Divya bhojanam, each of us from my family had different items like south Indian meals, quick lunch. We were told what was in the menu when I had to ask specifically before I chose the Divya Bhojanam, looks like all of these change by the day, its better to check before you order. The food was served as soon as we ordered, was very quick, the disappointment here was the sambhar/Rasam and Kaara kozhambu was not even warm, I had to ask for a new cup of these and they happily refilled as it was unlimited, but lost my first impression. They started with a soup, which was like ground lentil Dhal/sambhar with a sweet(moti choor barfi) and lentil vada. The other thing which we were disappointed were the servers, we have to keep prompting them and request for rice or any other items, that's why they earn a 4 star for service. they had paruppu podi, oil and pickle. the podi was tasting good. Other items which I loved were Sambhar, Kaara kozhambu and the gongura thuvayal. Curd was served in a clay pot, which was good. The items which weren't up to the mark were the payasam(which tasted like it was made from milk powder), there was no after food sweeteners or sombu (fennel) or Betel nuts, and the deserts, I was initially told an ice-cream but later on was told that it was not ice-cream but water melon juice, which was not good. Will surely recommend this hotel, but please check before ordering and know what is the menu for the day or go for an ala carte.

Sree akshayam has always been a staple in my house. We always Swiggy the mini breakfast tiffin, and it's always amazing. If you go to the restaurant they have a special offer where you get the combo for 100rs instead of the usual 140 till 10AM. It's a good deal given the ambience and the variety; it comes with Pongal, mini masala dosa or poori, one idli vada, and kesari; but I feel like the portion sizes can be a bit bigger. Nevertheless all of the food is great and I highly recommend this spot to anyone who wants a good breakfast delight. Their rava dosa is a must try! Overall 4.3/5 stars from me!

The food was really good. The atmosphere is also very aesthetically pleasing. Everything else was an average experience. Service was below average. The waiters don't really want to do their job and were negligent in responding even when we asked for water. We experienced a current outage when we were there and they handled it very poorly The orders for coffee and tea were horribly mixed up and the waiters only understand hindi. This place is also expensive and will cost around 300/- a person for a simple breakfast.

Their dinner is a must try! Everyday there are so many different varieties of special items like malli Pongal, madurai Kara oothappam, paneer masala appam. These are must try! However do not try their pizzas pastas and sandwiches.. I would give it just 6/10 Overall because their south Indian food is awesome, in giving this rating
