I had a cervical disc prolapse (3 discs) back in 2009 wherein I lost sensation in my left hand due to nerve compression and had terrible back pain. Modern medicine (Ortho) recommended surgery to remove the discs and fuse the vertebrae. I was recommended Dr. Yogidas by our Paediatrician in Chennai who had heard about him from her classmate in Kochi. I never regretted my decision to try his Marma Chikitsa treatment. If I am healthy today and exercising at the age of 56, it is because he cured me by fixing the prolapse over a period of 3 weeks at the Ashram followed by 3 weeks rest at home. My cervical discs are still intact (though I faced a lot of heat from doctors from modern medicine for saying this). Since then I have recommended many people to him. The thing about Dr. Yogidas is that he is dedicated, very simple and his treatment is cost effective. Pretty much all his patients come through word of mouth. The photos I have added are from March 2010 and the facility would have changed since then.

I Shashikumar went on 18.3.23 for neck pain. All doctors and staff were very friendly and approachable. Doctor Yogidas is like God, he treated my pain with in 20 minutes of treatment. I rate it 5/5. Excellent.

I had consulted Dr. Yogi das at Agasthya hospital for my ankle and knee problem. He asked me to do some tests at the centre. Also a few other tests which was send to Aster mims. Those results I got two days after and it was like those tests were done just as a time pass. It cost Rs. 5000 at Aster. The medication did not help me much in my case. I think the doctors expertise is more into back and spine. Anyways iam not satisfied with the diagnosis done by the doctor nor the treatment.

I had undergone an ayurvedic lower back pain treatment. The results were good overall. However, in the midst of the treatment a male doctor walked in while I was lying face down and FULLY NAKED!!! . I was not informed earlier that there will be a male presence for the diagnosis. It was absolutely embarrassing for me. After I spoke my mind, the doctor apologized and left. But I still had to lie there fully exposed in the meantime in front of a grown male. So even though the treatment was good the center should respect the modesty of the patients.
