Postpartum workout journey with SFZ-
Joined SFZ when I was 5 months postpartum.After first month thought of giving up as I have not lost any weight..but I pushed through with the support and encouragement of trainer. Later in 2 months I have lost around 6kgs of weight. This is all down to the trainer and her vast knowledge on fitness.
I know there's still a long way to go, I haven't yet reached my pre-pregnancy weight, but small achievements will boost my morale and I am happy with my progress.
Regarding Sravanthi(Trainer), I owe a big thanks to her.. she is very professional and truly an inspiring lady. Her cheerful attitude makes the 1 hour session go quickly. Spending an hour at SFZ keeps my whole day very active and peaceful.
I do really recommend SFZ if someone is seriously looking for improving fitness.
The environment here is so damn friendly that one will start loving this place on their first day itself. The circuits are so well designed that each and every part of the body is concentrated.
Initially, i was never into fitness. I had joined other gyms as well but was never satisfied. After joining SFZ, I started loving the workouts I am doing. The trainer is full of life and energy everyday which gives me all the positive vibes. She keeps an eye on each and every individual and train them accordingly. And I must say, she is the best trainer one could opt for!
It's not only about the workouts during the weekdays but in the weekends you also get to explore more and discover new places. She organises trekking, cycling events, different fun activities which help you relax and enjoy.
