This hospital is run by the Belur unit of the Sramajibi hospital group. It's a charitable hospital. OT prices are low compared to markets. Facilities are somewhat "OK" for the class of masses it caters to. Swasti-sathi facilities are available. They will get the job done. At low prices that's their motto. Major expansion is in the cards. But of course when the funds are collected. This is charitable hospital. So don't expect any hospitality. Even the reception is made up of retired workers. Who still have the code of communist mentality " People are beggers. And any facilities they avail here are God sent gift to them. " Even if they are paying for it. Management of Belur should take a note of it. This hospital is in the middle of the village but next to Road no 31. Parking available at the back of the hospital. But one thing I saw which has to be disclosed in this post is. " During corona this was the house of death. Where death angels used to collect the souls of departed in bulk. The witness was those refrigerated shipping containers parked outside the complex. To store the dead and departed. Those memories still haunt the locals of the area." Disgusting Hospital, The nurses in the medicine ward torchers the patients. My mother was admitted here from 20th of November, and by gods grace I shifted her to Binayak Hospital and she is better now, in Sramajibi she was detoriating, adding to this she was mentally torchered, her hands are having black marks that ensures something is wrong. My mother mentioned after she felt better in Binayak that her condition got deteriorated in Sramajibi beca Of the staff's behaviour ma literally got into trauma

Standard quality treatment available. Reasonable treatment cost beneficial for needy patients. Specialist doctors are irregular.

Worst service ever. No proper management. Their only goal is how they can take maximum money from patient parties. Our patients was in a very ritical condition that's why we had to admit him in ICU asap we had no other options. But if you have time don't consider this hospital.

Most third class hospitality...and patient recovery chances 20%..please don't admitted in this hospital..and hospital staff behaviour most third class..

Really like the behaviour of staff 5 star for behaviour and interaction 4 star for cleanliness 5 star for charges and fees I personally feel its better hospital from other government hospitals in nearby. But one more thing its not suitable for highly critical patient because they had but slower process as compare to private hospitals
