Updated the one star to four star. After posting here the owner contacted me immediately and fixed the delivery issue. Even though order and delivery process is complicated I will order again. They have great designs and price, hope they will smoothen out the order and delivery in future.

I am a little disappointed after all the glorifying reviews I heard from everyone about SR Jewelers. Having been in this business for so many years this is not what I would have expected. I ordered some items for my daughter's rangapraversham and they were supposed to be mailed a month back . There was a delay and they said they would do it couple weeks back . They say it is ready but don't answer my messages nor my phone calls . I am stuck in a limbo not knowing if I should look for other options or wait for them to respond . I am willing to change my rating when I receive my order and/or if anyone from their team can reach out to me and provide me an update on when it will be shipped out. 5/31 Update - After a lot of back and forth with the shipment being returned few times, I was able to work with SR Jewelers and they were able to ship out the head set which arrived close to my daughter's photo shoot. I would like to commend them for is their persistence to fix things and make it right . We received all the jewelry we ordered . Changing my rating to 4 stars and reduced a star just because of the hassle. They are a very honest team and will certainly recommend them

2/28 - Updating this review based on how things finally worked out. We arranged for the jewelry to be sent to someone local. This person is kind enough to bring it back so we can pick it up. The merchant also refunded the shipping charge. So we should be getting the jewelry soon - nearly a month after we were promised delivery. I am upgrading this to 4 stars (from the 1 star prior) because the merchant did deliver and return the shipping fees. I am holding back one star given how late the delivery was and the challenges we had in communicating with this merchant. I only saw urgency once I posted my initial highly critical review
