I stayed here for 6 months and i can firmly say that it would be better to stay at the railway station rather than staying here. This entire place is infested with bedbugs I asked the maintenance people to spray pesticide but still no use. The prices are high and they don't provide food. They do have a small hotel type thing in their parking but it's better to not eat from there, i had the worst food infection in my life by eating from there. If you are considering to stay at this place then please take my word don't.

Good and economical place for long stay for bachelors

I have been using this accomodation for the last 10 years it's nice and most affordable also all rooms have water jet for shower and tap water and amble space for bike and car parking.

All rooms are single and for gents. Ac and non ac rooms are available. Monthly and day lodging options available. There's a small canteen located in ground floor. The restaurant man is rude and will show attitude if asked for food, side dish and change. Food is average. They charge 3.5k for car parking and bike parking is free. Some rooms don't have proper ventilation. Such rooms are badly affected by cockroaches and bed bugs. They do room cleaning ever day, but no effect on pest control. Lift and RO water is available round the clock. There are rooms with and without attached rest room. Common toilets and bathroom can be used. Tv, washing machine can be used with extra charges. EB will be charged at Rs11-12 per unit above some free units. No WiFi..

My friend used to stay in this place. They call it a mansion but it's a much better place. Well maintained, clean and secure place for bachelors to stay in Chennai for work. The rooms look too small but practically it's enough for the purpose. Bathrooms are maintained really well. You have room options with attached and common bathrooms. As fas as it's clean, I don't think common bathrooms are an issue. A smartly designed compact condo with power backup, water and security. The also have a mess for your breakfast and dinner.

I went through hell in this PG , i had bed bugs biting me all night for 3 months , no response to the complainants , no care or bother to any issues raised, worst place you could ever find please don't stay here at all. They take your advance and charge you extra when you leave. Even if you are at your lowest point in your life they will not care about anything but money , and the manager is just bloody useless and doesn't do anything but sit in his ac cabin and ask for 12%gst for no reason. They charge extra for everything. They say everything is included but nothing is. Washing machine seperate, electricity seperate , food seperate. The electricity bill for just a fan and light was 1800 rupees. Just please find any place else but this place. They call you and bug you for money but not solve your problems

I am writing this review after I stayed 6 months here. Pros: 1. Single Rooms with AC 2. They have rooms with attached and common bathrooms 3. They have their own cleaning staffs 4. Free parking for motorcycles. 5. A mess is available 6. Clean rooms 7. Laundry service Cons: 1. Rooms are minuscule 2. No ventilation or sunlight 3. Rooms are bit on the expensive side 4. They charge if you bring in anybody 5. Women are not allowed 6. Mosquito problem 7. Canteen staff is very rude Overall it is good if you are looking for a place but need somewhere to stay for a short period of time. For long stays I wouldn't recommend this place as it gets very claustrophobic due to the lack of ventilation, sunlight and small room size.

Not worthy for even one star The rooms are full of bed bugs After using the medicine, Till the bed bugs are not eliminated. There is no proper maintenance. For everything small thing they will be charging money. I stayed here for 3months and i honestly don't recommend anyone to this Mansion.
