Been going to this gym for a while now. Just as the name suggests, it's a cube shaped gym spread across two floors. It doesn't have the modern lighting effects and interior design which the newer gyms have been coming up with lately, but one can surely have good fitness sessions here. The trainers are really friendly and give attention to the people in the gym very often, help them as and when required and keep following them up with their progress. All the necessary equipment is present here, and we can utilise these machines to the fullest for as long as we want. The trainers make the experience very fun and intense! Worthy.
Excellent gym. The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified trainers. Best part is every Friday morning group exercises, where we will get motivated to workout along with mates.
Well organised gym. True to its name, "Fit Cube" It's a small sized gym but with 2 floors. You will get all the basic machinery here which are well maintained with regular sanitisation that is enough to keep you going!
SR Fit cube has been awesome to me. Their trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family's. Thanks Sekhar
It is a very good place to start your fitness journey there are certified trainer to help you
1. The trainer concentrates only on personal training, does not concentrate at all on the beginners. He doesn't even check if you are doing it the right way or not. 2. There are no enough fans 3. No good music, it's always 5 to 6 bollywood songs which play on repeat 4. The Air conditioner's doesn't work, so it's very humid and causes excessive sweat, which drains you soon
The strength zone is small but has good facilities in the cardio area there are good treadmills the crosstrainers need to be serviced as one has certain sounds maybe due to improper greasing rest of the equipments are good in cardio.
I am a client of SRFITCUBE, Neredmet Cross Roads to which I have been a regular visitor for work outs in the morning session for the last more than 45 days. It is a very professionally run gym with a very well trained and knowledgeable team. The equipment is comprehensive and complete with great quality. Keeping Covid in view the admin is doing a fabulous job in maintaining the hygiene levels as well as disinfection protocols to keep the gym mates safe and secured. I am very very satisfied with the overall services being provided in a very friendly and congenial atmosphere.. I give a rating of 5 out of 5 to this gym and its team.
