SR Ashwin Residency - Indoor lodging in Chennai - Chennai, India

Poor service support...Rooms not clean. Receptionist was very arrogant. Cheating people without giving proper bills. We had a bad experience today.

This is a horrible place to stay. So called GM of this should learn people etiquette first to serve a customer. Never faced this kind of service and behavior in any stay before. This property is not recommended at all for stay.

Very Pathetic Stay: This lodge offers one of the worst staying expereince to the customers. The room where i stayed had an age old window AC with lot of sound while running which will make anyone definitely not to sleep. If the AC is switched Off and opted for ceiling fan, the celing fan ran with a sound more than the AC. The room was also with lot of mosquitoes. Early morning the power went off, and there is no generator power backup in the lodge. Very horrible. A total nightmare. The bed sheets were not clean and with a bad smell. Next day morning the water heater in the bathroom did not had any plug socket connected to power point. The heater was not working. The whole night i was not able to sleep and had a severe headache the next whole day. NEVER EVER stay in the lodge.

The worst place in Ramapuram to stay. They are a fraud. First they say different rate and at the end they change the rate. The manager there is the worst person you can know on earth. He doesn't treat customers properly and is very rude. The cleanliness of the place and room is also very bad. The A/c doesn't have the button to ajdust and the A/c is like 1000 years old. They tell that it's an hotel but it's not anything more than a lodge. Don't go there and any other SR Ashwin branch. The people there are the worst you'll ever see.

if you want to stay in the vicinity of MIOT hospital in a budget friendly Hotel,Then SR Ashwin Residency is a perfect choice. The stuffs are friendly, rooms are clean with decent service and on top that they serve free breakfast in the morning. Room rent is very budget friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

AC Room cost is rs1200 for single room, for LNT employee rs1000 for the same. No restaurant is availble with hotel, as a result you will face problem for food, but near by many eateries are availble.Rooms are neat and clean. They offer complementary breakfast and give in wrapped polythene and paper which i do not prefer beacuase polythene is not good for health.It is situated near to the road, good for communication.

The receptionist bhaskar is not giving grace time of 1 or 2 hrs for checkout by early morning 5.30 check in and not giving the owner number to speak to him. This is not a such a posh hotel . The room rent is 1000 rupees, for this nature generally hotel people will give some time, but they are very rude, trying to make money of another day rent of 1000 rupees for just 1 or 2 hrs. The hotel is completely not booked during this corona time, all are vacant, but they are not willing to adjust

Good place, very reasonable. They will clean your room whenever you ask them, give you room service for food. Also you will get breakfast with your room (pure south Indian breakfast though), which is a great add on in this cost. if you are in Chennai for medical or business purpose, it should be your stay.
