One of the spacious gym in town which is well maintained and good equipments. It's on first floor and basement. Equipments are regularly checked and upgraded. Bit crowded during 6-9 am & 5-8 pm.
Pros:- Its decent. Gym is fully equipped and also has cctv cameras for safety. It has 2 floors. 1 gym trainer in morning shift. Cons:- No specific car parking space but on road sides its manageable No steaming No zumba No yoga Music system is also not that good
Good gymnasium having all sorts of fitness equipment and facilities including Sauna. The location is quite good, just bang on the main road (Shivaji Marg) at Najafgarh. Some machines may be replaced as they have lived their useful lives. It would be even great if Zumba classes are also included.
Good gym for the fitness freaks they have all the equipments for weight training and for cardio also nice environment helping trainer for the beginners and nice indoor surrounding the fee structure is- 1300/month and 3300 for 3 months and so on till 1 year I guess. Go have a look and experience it for yourself if you want to be fit, you won't get disappoint being there
