It's an amazing gym suitable for all gender... Equipments and accessories are in best condition.. Situated on 1st floor..you may purchase fresh fruits and vegetables at same place coz.. Frezco a fresh all in one shop is at ground floor... So you must join the gym.. Be fit and be healthy...
The instructors keep everyone motivated throughout... and actively help even members who have not opted for personal training to achieve the objectives (as per the day's schedule). Safe and secure environment for women trainees as well.
I have joined squat 360 after endless comments from my friends about their training and atmosphere for newcomers who are totally unaware about fitness. I'm glad that it has turned out to be the best decision. Unlike most gyms, all trainers here are aware of our wants and plans workout accordingly. Although the gym offers female trainer, it is entirely comfortable to work with all trainers irrespective of gender as they regard their work as topmost priority. I myself would recommend this place to anyone who wishes to bring about change with confidence. To add, this is the only place that I'm not lazy to go to.
Squat 360 is one of the best gyms in Kochi, the trainers are experienced and very humble and approachable, each of the trainers personally take care of everyone at the gym, be it any age or gender. They involve themselves in our journey of weight loss which is why everyone who goes there gets amazing results, I lost a lot of weight and in inches within just 2 months. Amazing trainers, great environment. If you're finding a gym that can transform you, this is the one.

SQUAT 360... is the BEST BEST GYM in WEST KOCHI . I've been coming here for the past 1 year , honestly this feels like a second home to me. THE BEST PART IS AS A WOMEN, I feel comfortable working out here as there is a good workout ambience and the trainers are friendly as well. The trainers team who make me actually want to go train and motivates me to do more. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave . The gym is well equipped with 2 floors and is kept very clean and hygienic . In SQUAT 360 you will get a great fitness classes like Hit Training , Zumba , Diet Class , and Yoga . I love and respect the instructors UNNATHI , RITHIN , SRUTHIN , ANTONY & KANNAN . They have good parking area facility. Highly recommend !!!
