Good function hall in kalambur in the main road itself. Spacious air conditioned function hall in first floor, dining hall in ground floor, ample parking, neatly maintained rest rooms are great to mention. SPS Mahal, wonderful venue for all functions
Best mahaal in this area fall ceiling work are good kitchen area more than 500 people sitting at the same time. Parking spaces is big car's and bike's fully compound wall for protection. Good one

New building with enough car parking facilities. The rooms in upstairs are good but people visiting are handling the things very bad. Western type toilets are fitted, but absolutely not suitable for this location. And poor plumbing work.
Spacious exterior for parking Children can play nicely. Drawback is NO Lift for going to first and second floor. Difficult for elderly to climb such steep stairs.

Today i visited SPS mahal Kalambur Near arani. Kalambur is one of the biggest Rice Trade area. SPS Mahal Located Arani- Thiruvannamalai Road after Kalambur nearly 1 km (near pulavanbanbadi road) Full Elevated Building Well planned and designed all the amenities are good. Planning to do another visit in detail as a Engineer
It's very spaces and well planned and build. Have enough restrooms. Food court is very big. The rooms are not completely constructed when I visited.
