Very poor maintenance. Using old linen. After Complaint, changed room, but they were also like that. They dont have linen to change. Giving explanation that they have ordered for linen and yet to receive. Lame excuse. Air conditioner not working. Cockroaches running in the bathroom. Projecting in photos, but in real very pathetic situation. Horrible experience.
I had an amazing stay at SPS Grand Inn. The pricing was apt, good n clean rooms for the price they charge. Buffet was good! My only complaint is the towels were not very clean, kindly replace the towels to new lots, the towels look old & have become brown in colour. Also, another good thing is they allow 24 hour check-in/ check-out, flexible with it, they allowed me late check-out too! Thank you for a wonderful stay @SPS GRAND INN.
Overall rooms are really great. Luxury feeling with reasonable price. But food could be better. Highly recommended for hotel stay. Thank you.
Good place to stay. Rooms are well maintained. Staff are very courteous. Though the restaurant has limited options, available items are good in taste. Bit costlier though. Dont buy packaged water from restaurant as it is charged extra better to take it from outside. Only negative here is the location, difficult to navigate through the traffic if one is owning a bigger car. And has limited parking space, though i never had issue with parking if they have lot of guests with car, surely parking will be an issue. Outside parking also will not be possible as the road is very narrow.
Location is ok and cost of the place was ok. The drawbacks are you will have to wait for public transport or taxis for longer then expected. Rooms were clean, breakfast was ok. Overall it was a good stay.

Poor service.i have waited one hour for the complimentary breakfast to the room. Room is small size of the amount. There is no fan in the room while old person s coming. House keeping also not asking for the room cleaning
Excellent place to stay. Staff was very kind and courteous . Special mention to David and team. Do try their lemon burst chicken. Complementary breakfast was amazing. Rooms were very spacious and more than expected for this price . Do continue this service and you will have repeated customers.
