SPS Children Hospital - Private hospital in Hoshiarpur - Hoshiarpur, India

First of all here is appointment wise system so you need to come quickly so that u will get your name in the list and that is too by 7 am or earlier specially with your child, which most of the parents avoid as they dun want to carry sick kid this early. However doctor comes at 9 am. That is understandable bcos of his reputation. Further you get a appointment carrying a sick child at 7 am for early appointment then you might go for the breakfast back at home or wait for dr. Most of the parents if feasible they take their sick child back to home. Now once you come back to hospital at 9 am an intellectual nurse sitting at reception told us need to wait at least 2 hrs as other people are sitting and waiting . I asked them then what is the benefit or purpose to book appointment then u give treatment as the people come. I have visited many hospitals with friends and relatives not just in Hoshiarpur but around the world in UK Australia but never got this type of behaviour. This doctor if one day go out of business no wonder it will be because of his pathetic staff for sure As dr. Is very good but his staff is very unprofessional and pathetic dont know which college teach them such kind of behaviour.

Dr. Rajneesh Sharma is No.1 children doctor at hoshiarpur 7 star rating in myself But one my complete with doctor and Early morning staff members Every time to time change over morning appointment rules & not attend emergency patient

Doctor is good but the way he talks to patients family is always out of tone. No idea why but his staff n dere public dealing is totally useless. They say 15 minutes but it actually takes like 60 to 90.

Very BAD .POOR SERVICE.. no emergency.... No doctor consultation even your child is in pain..they said take pain killer... Receptionist says doctor will consult turn by turn.. patients says if they goes in night only prescribed medicine repeated. No doctor will came to see child patients No value of anyone's life......

Only good for local people. No facilities for those who coming from distance. No appointment system. Appointment on phone is just joke.

Horrible experience, no value to human life & time of other person. Waited for 45 mins with my sick child since 6 in the morning and there is NOBODY to listen or book the appointment on reception. NO HUMANITY OR PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL. SUGGEST YOU TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...!!! SAFF HERE IS RUDE AND NEGLIGENT.

Best Dr in the Town for children.
