A hotel situated in a good place. The railway station and metro is nearby. An ideal place for a temporary stay of one or two days especially if you need a place close to the North railway station. The rooms (for two) are small yet satisfactory. However the facilities are less compared to the cost of stay. Food facilities are not available within the hotel. Water quality is good. But there are both vegetarian and non-vegetarian restaurants available nearby. Basically for a temporary stay and simple stay this place is a good option. Do note that cost may vary based on demand.
Happened to stay there one night. It was not a good experience. Only plus point is its nearness to railway station. They dont have restauraant facilities. The worst part is the indifferent and arrogant behaviour of the staff (owners) sitting in the reception even when the occupancy is meagre.. They behave like govt. Officials whom public are approaching for getting some certificates. A person stayed there once wont turn to that side afterwards. Staff should be adequately trained.
One of the well maintained hotel near Ernakulam North Railway Station. Rooms are superb and well maintained. Affordable prices and staffs are really good. For a family the rooms may not be comfortable as the rooms are not that spacious, especially the Non AC rooms, still it's value for the money we are paying.
