We had hosted our singing group -'Active Voice' monthly session at Hotel Springdale today. The venue was simply superb with very nice ambience, arrangement, sound, & delicious food. The view of Nagpur's Skyline from the top was spectacular. Enjoyed the evening thoroughly with all our friends singing songs together
Wonderful and delightful staff, helpful and efficient. Location is excellent, close to airport and metro station. Rooms are clean and hygienic. Breakfast variety was good. The general manager Sachin specially arranged non spicy options of meals for me and mom. Chef was called and I could discuss my wants! Komal at reception is very considerate and kind.
If you are travelling with your pet this is the best place to stay. Excellent Services clean rooms and toilets and very cooperative staff.
The worst. I checked in to the hotel at 11:45 pm and was given a small room even though I had prebooked a deluxe king room with sofa bed. I even communicated with the hotel well in advance that I'll land at around 11 and will check in late. They acknowledged it by saying ok. Inspite of all this, I was alloted a smaller room and when I refused to take that room, they said all the rooms of my booked category are filled. That they give away room to walk ins. What is the point of booking the hotel in advance? Finally after bringing all this up, they allotted a premium room to me. Also coming to the cleanliness of the room. Looks ok overall but the bed sheets didn't appear cleaned. Under the duvet, I found multiple strands of hair and dust all over the bed. Avoid hotel. Location is good but it's not enough
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a budget-friendly, clean, and comfortable stay. The wifi signals are strong inside rooms. Only I feel negative breakfast starting very late around 8 o clock only
