Excellent services with experienced Doctors and staffs. hospital is very clean and people-friendly. The staff is very supportive.. Service over here is very fast I barely waited to be helped when I checked in Doctors are very friendly and experienced.. Doctor Tandon is great doctor.. he was very friendly with my toddler Nurse came in one call and are very sweet with kids.. Sweeper comes whenever you call them,they won't make any face.. Kitchen people are also very polite,they don't say no to anything and kitchen service is hygienic and fast.. I am thankful to Doctors & all the staff members for amazing treatment of my toddler.

Worst experience at this hospital ever. Today's incident (16-11-2023), Took my infant daughter for getting first aid for a wound. Paediatrician refused to even look at the wound and provide any treatment. He said it is near to eye so asked to contact a surgeon for a minor scratch directly. He should have first taken a look properly, cleaned the wound and if needed should have suggested to further take evaluation from a surgeon if necessary. His response was he won't be tell what kind of injury is this. No treatment given. We then had to rush to Moolchand hospital. They looked at the wound, said it's just a minor scratch. Cleaned it and sent us home assuring there is nothing to worry about which was correct also. My daughter has been playful after returning home. Refusing the treatment is the worse thing a hospital can do at an emergency care. Emergency care is normally created to handle emergencies and not about sending back patients without even looking properly. Spring meadows/Daffodils (whatever you name it) hospital need to hire good reliable doctors. I am not naming the doctor publicly but you can check which paediatrician was on duty on today's date. Please be cautious before visiting this hospital.

This is the most irresponsible and disrespectful hospital I've ever seen. Dr. Charanjit Kaur is a woman of arrogance and highly irresponsible. She doesn't understand the meaning of "Emergency" or at the most, a "Doctor". She literally asked the daughter of the patient to GET OUT of the room just because she politely pointed out to the doctor that she doesn't have the basic etiquettes to deal with a patient and her family when this ridiculous doctor started blasting on the family instead of treating the patient. She was casually sitting on her seat as if someone has just forced her to, while the patient was lying on the bed in acute pain. When the daughter of the patient politely declined to leave her mother with such an arrogant doctor, she REFUSED to treat the patient who was suffering from acute pain without an expression of regret, concern, care or warmth in her eyes that a patient and her family expects from a doctor. The family then had to take the ailing woman to the other hospital. The cherry on the top was, even the staff didn't handed a support to the family and on the contrary tried to address the family with the most rudest tone which is highly unlikely of a hospital. This hospital doesn't even deserve a single star as they should understand that they are not running a corporate firm but a HOSPITAL.

Overpriced for no reason. They have broken down every single item in billing like giving injection, dressing etc separately from consultancy and medicine charges. And the dressing they did was very bad, had to take it out within an hour. Staff is well behaved and nice.

Excellent services with experienced Doctors and staffs. Physiotherapy department is very nice. Services are very fast and satisfactory. Hospital premises is very neat and clean with big waiting areas. Hospital is located near east of kailash metro station. Good one.

Staff is very nice but so overpriced. They charge 500Rs for a bandage which doesn't stay beyond one hour. Need to match their services to the exhorbitant prices
