Beautifully planned project, housing both commercial and residential properties in the same place. The place will be an iconic one in the city. Perhaps the first project in the city to boast of 36 and 45 story towers. Truly a magnificent look. Interiors of the flats are well planned. Worth the price.
The eco friendly , green reception area established, is a dream area and is beyond once imagination. I haven't seen anything like that anywhere.

I booked an office last year, paid 2 lakhs down payment by online transfer. No receipt, no contract agreement were given to me. SPR was rushing and putting a pressure to make further payment. I delayed the payment due to the project delay and I further cancelled the deal. The never returned my 2 lakhs. Please do not rust their sweet words, they are a real cheaters and money makers. Don't be a victim.

The PG is located in a very peaceful RV Nagar area of Anna Nagar East. This area is well connected. Rooms are in good condition as well as are cleaned every day.wifi connected and 24 hr running water gives u a comfortable stay. Its a very descent PG
