SPOT ON The Greenwoods Retreat - Hotel in Randharwala - Dehradun, India

Very poor service, third class room, rubbishing location. Not recommended to anyone. There are no negative marking in stars, otherwise I will mark that.

If you book with any online app such as Make my trip, Booking. Com , oyo and etc. They will tell you that booking has been not generated in there system and they will as for more money. My suggestion will be don't book hotel on online they will refuse your booking. These hotel is fraud

STRICTLY DON'T BOOK THESE FRAUDS. They take your money and deny you entry by locking the gates and saying that the hotel is closed !! This is a new way of Hotel Services, these scamsters are providing.

Good in budget, no parking inside, but you can park on road outside. The staff is good and helpful, just don't expect towels soaps etc on time. Didn't get free breakfast as written in OYO.

Very poor and disgusting experience in this hotel ever. No any facility. Just have a double bed to sleep otherwise no better service. Not even a water, no soap in bathroom to wash hand too, no wifi (as mentioned in websites). If you guys are going to Dehradun and searching hotels near Prem Nagar, never go to this hotel.

Very bad experience , a man I think who is owner of this hotel was drunk and fought with guests and me also here is the proof. He said vulgar words to me and said I will kill with a hand ring or kada. Video is the proof please complaint against this hotel. His name is ved Gupta.

Worst experience as he refused that we do not give room online on Saturday Sunday and they hai charge more than the online price

It was a nice budget stay. Location was very nice. Overall stay was good. According the cost facilities were fine.
