Worst service and hotel not up to the mark Hospitality wost Place also worst near drainage lot of mosquitoes We visit reg adress but they redirected next branch it's additional cost for us. They collected GST but no receipt for that. Their no nearest shops or hotels and no safety places Overall it's worst

Booked AC room. But they have not switched on AC. Since the AC control with them, everytime i have to request them to switch on the AC. I stayed 2 days here.. hardly the AC worked for 3hrs. most of the time they switched off it.

Room was not clean. Even the pillows were dirty and bedsheet was not changed. Moreover the staff behaviour was very rude. They behaved as if we are staying for free. They will not listen you. They will offer you to cancel booking online and book for AC room directly from there. Adding one more point they will charge GST although you are booking online. Note- SPOT ON hotels may or may not have AC although it will be mentioned in the ammenties in OYO app. In my case it was not there.

Worst experience, bed spreads and pillows were not washed properly.. After requesting for a change in bedsheet, the new ones also in the same condition. Basic toiletries weren't provided. Went because of the good rating but a huge disappointment.

Rooms are not like what you see on pictures. Moreover, never book through OYO, they don't have any control on these properties.I was even asked extra money in the names of GST.

Room had horrible cigarettes smell and bathroom was trashed. Not a good place but had to stay because I booked it from Oyo
