Staff Behaviour Very Rude, Worst Service & Cleanliness is disgusting
we booked delux and hotel owner denied to give delux instead offered classic as amount paid after oyo discount accounted. he refused to consider amount of deal before discount . he very rudely said if you don't want .. cancel your booking and said oyo always offers stupid deals for his hotel. as it is night 10:30 pm.. i am helpless.. hence accepted his service as it is difficult to find another hotel in the dark. friends .. pl don't go to hotel as hotel management is highly ethic less and low mentality behaviour
Rediculous behaviour of employees, worst services and asking more than double price mentioned in OYO. Strictly avoidable.
One of the worst experience we had with it.I booked through agoda app and booking confirmed.But when we went for check-in they demanded extra amount which is 80% of the amount paid already. Also they are very rude in talking and not giving minimal explanation.Please don't go to this place at any cost..

Please don't book this lodge through OYO at the lodge they are demanding double amount to what is showing in the OYO APP. For single room Non Ac Rs 800 and for AC room it is Rs 1200
Be carefull, lodge person r cheater , Because they give cheap small size room for 800 rupees but when they got advance they charge 1000 per day for 3days. And got a such very bad behaviour..
very bad receiving. i booked in oyo and i paid but again they asked 300 extra to pay to check in. they demand money don't go that lodge service also not good.

The best hotel in guntur. Rooms are so well cleaned and maintained. I like the ambiance of the rooms. Washroom are also too good. Stayed in hotels in hyderabad compared to those these are pretty good. Far better.
