This is actually an old construction. I would mark it as average. The bathrooms are not good at all.
The location is good though. Everything is easily accessible. Well connected.
Rooms are nice. But night shift staff behaviour is worst. There is parking, even for bikes. If u go by bike then you should park it in bike stands in bus stand. Very much comfortable for people who travelled on bus and needs a good room near to bus stand this one is recommended
Bad experience for me. I comes here via Oye and Oye gives me discount. When I arrived in hotel then manager says it's not possible to keep the price for AC rooms. They take 350 extra for me AC rooms. The location Isn't good for Bengali people. Don't go here if u r Bengali people. No food hotel, restaurant r available here for Bangali people. Toilet is digester here, No basin in toilet. Also full hotel is full of bad smell. I've stay here for one night and It's really feels that I was live in hospital cabin. Don't come this hotel if u want to treatment from CMC, CMC is little far from here. Environment isn't goods enough for couples.
Had Booked a room in 2 months advance through OYO, when i reached they said they can't provide AC room as booking is done under spot booking and asked for additional money for AC. Stayed for 6 days and they never bothered to come for changing bed sheets and room cleaning.

Rooms are not satisfactory at all. They charged Rs850 for 3 people via Oyo.
Not recommended for family at all. It's a lodge. I don't understand how Oyo listed it as good.

The front desk staff
The hotel is newly built and the deluxe rooms are very nice with some seating area outside the rooms. It is not very far from golden Temple around 10 to 15 minutes by car. The manager Jaya Charan is very friendly and accommodative.
Only thing missing
Very comfortable stay with clean rooms and good service. Manager in charge will listen to all requirements carefully and also help plan the event. We catered to large number of guests for wedding event which was well taken care off.

Amazing place to stay and facilities with home food. Close to CMC VELLORE. Transport facilities to CMC VELLORE and Ranipet are also good. Stay, food and transport is all good.
