SPOT ON Petals Residency - Hotel in Kolkata - 24 Paraganas North, India

I didn't get my room even after pre-booking and confirming on the morning of the same day. They have asked me to wait until 3 pm to get my room. Such poor maintenance

I am Reached there with reservation, when I ask about my room's details and tell him I am booked a room for today, then he chek and tell us, you have to pay more 575rs because you paid only 425rs, then i am telling why I am paying more 575rs, when show in OYO yours room prise only 425rs so i am paid that, then he tell us, sorry but we don't follow of OYO'S policiy and we cannot provide room only 425rs, if you are stay here then you have to pay more 575rs otherwise you have to go some other hotels, then we have no any option we paid. Totally they are making to gues fhool, my first experience totally bad for this hotel.

I wish I had a no star option, WORST! WORST EXPERIENCE! seems it's a red light area in between of the city, dirty rooms, dirty washroom, we had to make the full payment as we had booked through OYO rooms, didn't even get the refund, left the hotel within 2-3 hours, they also charged us extra 500 rs. As we had to check in 4 hours early, never ever go to that hotey, until and unless you are willing to get sick due to unhygienic atmosphere, I also forgot to mention this that, all the staff members were drunk and had an irritating girl, constantly shouting at the top of her voice, in short, the most worst hotel stay experience ever.

First of all why property manager has been taken extra 390 rupees and total 700 hundred rupees pay but as per OYO web site 44386 Spot On room available in 389 and also room cleaning, Bed cleaning & wash room cleaning was very bad as well as hand wash, body wash & shop not available at hotal, why this type of issue customer facing while entering the hotal, I don't know what is the plan for this type of issue, infact I have already called to customer support but they didn't not provide any solution for this issue. then how to expections from customer. overall I'm not happy with this issue.

Negetive 100 mark from my side. Even they are threatened the customer over call..Nothing to like at all.Charged double the money. Single room , dirty room provided. Also said if you come directly then only they will provide better service.

I reserved a room with OYO and after I got to the hotel was told the room was not available. They showed me a different room that was absolutely filthy, there was mud on the floor and garbage everywhere! I left the hotel and was still charged for a no show fee and a nights stay by OYO because the hotel did not communicate with OYO about the issue. The front desk person was very rude as well, whoa stay away from this hotel at all costs!

The rooms were small, dirty, filthy and damp. I booked this hotel from OYO after seeing the pictures of their rooms. But the reality was all different, the rooms didn't seem to be looking anything near the pictures. The staff behaviour was very bad and unprofessional. The location was very inside from Baguiati main road. I immediately cancelled my booking from OYO after seeing the room I was allotted. The washroom was used by the previous guest and was not even cleaned or flushed. I would never recommend this hotel. Worst experience. There are better hotels in that area in the same price point so do explore before choosing this hell of a hotel.

They take 138 rs extra as they told their room rate 600. I pay using gpay of Mr prasun Mondal no 7003073881.. Also I have screen shot of this payment and I have their card where mention this no. Also I checked out 27 th 6.30 PM but in apps it show today. Their room is very poor quality. Very small its for one person. Bathroom was not clean. Their is no mirror no almirah..
