SPOT ON Om Shanti International - Hotel in Kolkata - Kolkata, India

It's very weird. Whole night my room was vibrate. I don't know, why? Very scary. I am not feels good. Bad experience.

Everything was perfect except the furnitures edges are quite sharp, as I myself got 3 cuts and the most important thing.. There's no proper supply of water in bathroom. You need to call reception every now and then for it.

The only reason for giving four star is at the time of check out hotel staff will ask you to show you the booking in your phone and they will submit feedback from your phone by themselves.. this practice should be stopped immediately.. to the hotel staffs who are reading this - this is not your responsibility to submit feedback back from guests phone marking all 5 stars by your self. If you service is good room are clean then any guest will give u a good rating. By the way they're service is good specialy one of the staff whos name is Simon. The location is also convenient.

It you wanna go with worse living experience , here is your perfect match ..They are technicality cheating with the Oyo ..And don't share proper room availability ...They welcome you such a helpful manner that you will be pleased..And so much that can't get even a towel. ...Room service is worst ...The AC is sooooo cool because the room is very tiny ...Bathroom was clean as the hotel is brand new ..They'll never disturb you and so much that you didn't get any room service properly ..The the reception number only ringing ..Not anyone pick up the phone ..They provided you only a piece of egg toast ,even not a cup of tea with eat ..If you wanna get such opportunity then go and have fun..

Most horrible experience with oyo at om shanti international. They deny to take My pre booking. I had to take room with overMoney which was Rs1400 by their own accommodation. Their has no tv connection, no ac remote in room, no geyser in bathroom. Even not even any light in room. I had to open the bathroom door to have lights on room. I booked oyo for the 1st time, and It's really pathetic experience for me on oyo. I didn't recommend oyo to anyone further.

The rooms are filthy, damp walls, sheets never washed, floors were wet, washroom was smelling. They didn't even sanitize it. Staff was rude. Bald guy at the counter was pathetic. Worst experience. Do not book.

very bad experience with OYO never try to book with Oyo again. I already booked for Om shanti international for 731 with breakfast but at that hotel no one to receive after 2hrs and 6-7 calls to Oyo customer care they provided radhey krishna guest house this third class hotel and charged 1137 without breakfast even I stay there for 4hrs only. very unhelpful no supervisor on floor of customer care they enjoy their night and disconnected calls. this hotel was 1km far and I travel with my wife alone at 3am. wasted so much money and time. definitely sue Oyo in court.

manager of the hotel was very bad. Not so clean. AC was not working , actually for AC they wanted extra payments . I would Suggest not to book this hotel
