SPOT ON Malshej Agro Resort - Hotel in Pargaon Tarf Madh - Pune, India

Nice accommodation and food . We had enjoy a lot a climate is really osm and the place is really best to spend time away from city... . Yes some issue with light are there but it is rural area and it is 100% considerable. Owner is so polite and kind person. I will recommend this place for your vacations.

Horrible experience. The photos on Google of this place is just hyped up. We have been to this place, there are ants in the room on the bed, under the mattress, on the walls and the washroom. The place is not maintained. We had already paid a particular amount in advance and when we reached the location the place was ridiculous not maintained at all. The owner was rude and refused to give our money back giving various reasons for the unclean rooms but we did not wait back looking at the state of the place. The pool wasn't functional and it was dirty. The washroom windows were broken very unsafe for women. Overall pathetic experience.

**WORST PLACE WORST MANAGEMENT** We had booked this place for a weekend through a website on which we did not had to pay any advance booking amount. When called to confirm the booking they asked to pay 50% (Rs. 2500) of the total amount which we agreed and paid. Upon reaching there we see the bed was full of red ants. The bedsheet, cushions, and mattress looked like it was never washed. Bathroom had spider webs in very corner. There was no electricity and swimming pool could not be used due pump issue and this had happened due to rain and we can't do anything in front of nature (this was the reason given to us). When complained about the ants and cushions he simply said we will clean and give and if they come let us know we will clean again. When asked for a different room he showed the room which was no different than others plus the bathroom window was broken. We immediately asked for cancellation and refund the money as the things which were promised or shown in the photos were not the same. First, he was not ready at pay to refund the money as it was last moment cancellation but luckily after a bit of heated conversation, he agreed to deduct 20% of the total amount and pay the rest. We took whatever we got and left. Will never recommend this place to any. This place is not worth even a single one star.

Worst experience....they took a charge of 2000 rupees and didnot provide proper bed sheets .when asked to change they replaced that with another unclean bedsheedt having holes in it....towels which are provided have fungus on it.....dont opt for this resort at all

We have been visting this place as a group for last 4 to 5 years in rainy season. This year the service was really bad July. We complained to the owner and food stock was less, the light went when the heater was on, swimming pool was filled with fungus. We informed them in advance we will be coming and need all this service. Yet, simple things were not provided. It is really disappointing. People come to such places in remote village to enjoy atleast with whatever service or amenities you provide. If that can't be arranged then it is truly bad service. The story will not work here anymore. The cherry on top was the pricing. They bargained and made us pay extra for these services and none was done.!!!

I had visited this resort with my family in Monsoons and it was wonderful stay. Don't expect 5 star treatment as it is located in village but you will enjoy your stay here. Owner is very welcoming and helpful at all time, food is great, rooms are nice.

It was a pathetic stay in malshej agro resort on 13th Aug 2022. Following are the incidents we faced: After reaching to the resort we didn't get the room what was actually promised during booking. It was something else and the room was unclean. In fact bed sheet and pillow covers, wardrobe also full of dirt. Washroom was smelling, balcony was also very dirty. When I asked the owner that it was not promised from your side, he told most surprisingly that it's for only a day, you have to compromise. Why the hell we have to compromise don't understand. I have never heart such things from hotel representatives ever. Staffs were very poor and service was below average . It was a awful experience we faced. We will never go and recommend anyone to visit this resort. Very very poor and absolutely disgrace. Though the ambience and scenes outside room was amazing, but the resort is not maintained at all which resulting the property a very bad in overall experience . There is also power cut problem and lots of ants entered in the room, I have experienced such horrible stay anywhere.

This place is really dissapointing. Low quality rooms, unhygienic rooms and dinner area, no amenities, poor service, lazy staff, periodic electricity failure with no backup, water issues, no hot water available for bathing, we literally had to ask for everything from dustbin in the rooms to door mat outside the toilet, had to wait for atleast 1hr for every meal even though it was in the package, never got anything on time. Even glasses they didn't have to drink water. All in all it was a bad stay and I would not recommend this resort to anybody. In addition this place is very far about 25 minutes from the main Malshej area. This resort has a lot of maintenance issue.
